Could it just be the work burnout and winter blahs kicking in or is it the switch.
I feel slow and sluggish and not so sharp in the brain these last few days.
I am a retail manager, which means lots of multitasking and running around and yesterday I felt like I was in a time warp. My co-managers noticed it too. I'm still smoking an analog here and there but cut back huge. I don't even take them with me when I go to work (which helps alot, leave the analogs behind)
If this is a symptom of vaping, is it temporary and how long does it last?
Perhaps a symptom of dehydration? I am not a big liquid drinker by any means, two pots of coffee and a beer or two a day is usually all I drink.
It is tough for me to get on a huge liquid regime, I have to force it down big time. Doesn't matter if it is flavored or not.
If not I guess I'd better get back on the vitamins and schedule some vacation time.
