This is the golden age of vaping, we may not have these fine PV's and atomizers around forever, so I'm not going to waste this time buying crappy parts that won't last. No offense to anyone, but I want equipment I can be proud of. Getting stuff in 3 days from ordering is also a plus for me

Yep, and $4 for replacement heads. Now, that was when I was "new" again, my second time around, and I went to the B&M for recommendations. They had me at hello. Searching online I've found them for much less. Fool me once, shame on me, and won't fool me twice.

I feel the same. I believe that when someone cares about quality that is going to show up in all aspects of their business, including their website. I especially like to order from vendors who take the time to write some descriptions and provide info on their products, so you know what you're buying and how it's used. That extra effort says that they care.
The one exception that I make is for juice-only (or primarily juice based) vendors. A perfect example is Heather's Heavenly Vapes. Their website is so frustrating to me. Navigation is terrible, to get to a specific juice you have to select the first letter in the name of the juice (or hit the next page arrow over and over). To read reviews you have to open each one in a separate window to see the full text, etc. Not fun. But in their case I know their product is very high quality and that they are not in the web design business, they are juice creators, artists of mixing and flavor. Sorry if that's a little off topic. But bottom line, you make a good point about seeing how the website is maintained and what that says about the vendor.

OP i don't think FT is to blame for the vivi novas...they truly are trash and bad "technology".
i've paid from $8-14 (popular online vendor and a b&m) for the crappy vivi novas i have (i was new i didn't know! LOL) they are just absolute junk and i want to throw them against the wall.....i don't even want to PIF them and needlessly torture another vaper let alone someone just getting started.
I have a few carto tanks from FT that are absolutely fine with my iken carto and if i crack it with suspect juice or dropping it...i won't cry...i got my $3 worth of use from it LOL
I got an 186350 battery case that didn't latch...it was like $1 but i opened a ticket anyway and they gave me "small gift" in it's place and kept the ticket open for *weeks* until i myself closed it.
I am not a FT groupie by any means and have placed 98% of my purchases with stateside vendors...but i'd really rather find out if i hate something for $1 than $10 and at this point i am not expecting longevity/high quality from *any* of the mass production items in this industry...i paid $30+ for a fancy VV digital ego from a vendor stateside....it was on it's last legs within 2 weeks.
with FT you really have to know what you are looking for...if you prefer bottom coil and order top coil clearos because they look similar to something you have used....how do you know if it is that or the actual product that you hate?
I don't think the cheapness or chinaness of FT is really the issue...i think the outrageous markup stateside is...it's all the same junk

I am not interested in buying anything else from fasttech, but I do appreciate you attempting to find something, even tho it is not the one carto I like to use.
Let me just say that I received more 'bad' items from a renown US vendor than from ANY overseas source! BTW, all my FT orders have met or exceeded my expectations.

Looks to be nearly the same thing. Just larger and more transparent. Mine are working fine and leaking less than my genuine boge tank.
