Rick, the coffee is excellent. The work involved, not so much. For my morning gallon cup I don't know if I can stand there and stare at it that long.

My sons ALWAYS ask for gumbo for their birthday dinners. I can't imagine a mix would be a good as real, home-made gumbo that starts with a roux...I always start my gumbo with a dark roux.

this one is really close. I've served it to people that make their own and they say its close too. You really can't beat it for quick gumbo on a work night.

I can be patient if the coffee is good enough. My favorite beans are usually Costa Rican. Although I'm a sucker for a really good Kona.
I don't know how to cook southern style. But I do make a mean lasagne. Does that count?

I was thinking about going to the mancave tonight, but I think Im just going to go to bed. Even with the nap I feel run down. Afterall, it was a terribly long day at work. Got in at 7. We went to breakfast at 8:30. I managed to mount the new TV on the wall in the break room. Then started home by 12:30. Terrible stuff.

Im not even going to look at the mix. I love my red beans. Lots of garlic, cheyenne pepper, smoked ham hock, and of course, Frank's Red Hot Sauce. I put that $h!+ on everything.
And yes, lasagna counts.

Yea lady few houses down walked up to me and mailman and handed it to me was priceless no clue why my mailman comes 2x a day tho.

They probably are still at the PO. It's a semi-automated system. If the item gets scanned too late to go out with the carrier, the system will automatically change it to "Out for delivery" even if it's still in the building. And it will also automatically add "Notice left" even though it never happened.
Truly Tobacco was just released, way too late to make the list. But watch out for this year!

I gotta say i was worried that the oddy clone was going to be like a carto but this terminater is not bad at all, Good thing cause i have 3 in the mail and 1 in the hand gotta get some non resistance wire tho.
