Good afternoon. I accidentally over slept by two hours this morning. Oops. I got Morgan to school about 30 late and I made it to work about 10 minutes late. Not too bad. World's record on getting both of us out of the house with in 15 minutes. I didn't get my coffee though so I had to stop and get a monster java at the gas station.

Hey James. Good luck with the job search.

Hope those muscles feel better soon, Drott.

I've determined that we some how got off very easily with Alex and his high school days. Morgan is more than making up for it. She will be searched when she gets home for the phone her teacher said she has told her to stay off of all week. The thing is that her phone is here (I checked) and she's been on restriction from it. It could possibly be one of her friends but she's had it every single day lately according to the teacher. *sigh* Dammit wish hubby were here to help on this one. She's going to have a fit because she's been caught yet again doing something she wasn't supposed to do.

I felt a bit speechless when I got the email from the teacher too. I was like "please tell me she did something good" thought going through my head when I opened it. Sadly, I was disappointed. I searched hi and low, every crevice of everything she took to school, including a body search with her clothes on. I guess the teacher must have been so wrong  *sarcastically said". She wouldn't own up to it so I searched her stuff. She still said no to having a phone and that it must have been when she had her hands in her lap playing with her fingernails. The WHOLE week??? Yeah, right. She is getting a phone somehow. I'm assuming that she is using a friends phone. I sent an email to the teacherS to please confiscate any phone that she may have if you see it. Do not give it back to her at the end of class or end of the day. At least not until I can come up there, go through it and determine if it is hers or someone elses. If it does belong to someone else then I'm sorry for invading your privacy but that's what you get for letting someone else borrow you phone for the day. Can you tell that I'm more than a little perturbed? I seriously need to figure out what is going to work as far as discipline with her. Nothing we've tried so far has worked out.

On a much happier note, two out of three dogs I did today were good. The third one managed to Houdini himself out of not one, but two muzzles. The lady helping me a little got super scratched up and I got bit. Didn't break the skin but was enough to tell the owner I was done. Not going to finish it. I called the owner to let them know and it was the daughter of the owner. She said she'll talk to her mom and that she knows she is very intolerant of grooming and will bite. Geesh, it sure would have been nice to know that BEFORE I groomed the dog. Some people are da's.

I got off track on the good news. I finally fit into a size 10. I'm officially done with the diet and now working on maintaining the weight that I'm at. It ended up being a total of 120 pounds lost. And I'm hoping the pounds stay gone far away from me. I went to pick some new pants out and looked at them and said "nah" they're too small. I bought them anyway since Morgan also wears that size. They fit me very nicely. I was more than shocked. When I look in the mirror I still see myself as fat. Guess this will take some getting used to.

Hope you enjoyed the novel. :D

Sending lots of wishes that you can get something quickly James. Hope you can drop by more often.

I have no idea what to fix for dinner. I can make some of the frozen chili for the kids but there's really not that much. I can always add another can of beans and tomatoes. Yeah, that's what I'll do.

I've busted my .... the past couple of days and have the house cleaned. Hubby won't recognize it.

Howdy all

My Saturday was odd. Mrs E wenot to work early and I got to sleep in. I was up at 8. I stayed in bed watching tv, facebooking, vaping... the next thing I know, it's almost 11:30, my phone and mod are laying on my chest, kids have changed the channel to cartoons and left, and I had no idea I was going to fall back asleep. There was no dozing, just BAM, sleep!

After lunch, Mel had a basketball game. She did well, scoring 4 points. And they won, 19-12. Then we went to Zaxby's for a snack before CJ's game. I don't think he ever got to even touch the ball. They lost 16-8.

We got home and fixed dinner and dove straight into football. The KC/New England game sucked, but finished about what I expected. The Green Bay game.... wow... it was crazy.

Tomorrow is church, where Kat will be singing in the teen choir. Then the mandatory weekly Walmart run. Then more football and more praying. I think the Panthers are strong enough to beat Seattle again, but they always seem to give us a hard time. It's going to be tough for them. I just hope they can keep up what they've done all season.

The weather guessers are guessing a few flurries in the area. And even though they've said absolutely zero chance of any accumulation, people around here have already bought out all milk and bread in the area. Mor0ns...

Well, it's after 12:30. I better get to bed. Hope y'all have a good night, and a good Sunday.

*turns lights out* stubs toe on the coffee table* swears under my breath while hopping on one foot* finally limps to the door* locks door*

Happy Sunday!

The Packer game was frustrating last night. Bad calls, bad throws.... bah.

We're up to zero outside right now, thankfully the sun is out.
Earlier this morning I was sitting having coffee and looking at the frozen everything out the patio door, when a small gray striped kitty came out from by the coop to get a drink from the open spot in the pond. It went back under the coop. Of course I don't want a cat. I don't need a cat. But I will feed the darn thing, it's too cold out there to not have a bowl of food. And a rug under there would probably be nice. carp, we have a cat.

Hope everyone's day is going great!
