It hit 79 today. Nice out. Wish there wasn't so much pollen or I'd go sit in the swing out back.

The chili smells good. Took a sample taste and seemed good. Tomorrow is scrub the house day. It's been neglected a little too much lately. I'm going to hop on the sewing machine sometime this week. Need to take in a couple of my moms shirts. Need to figure out how to put a new snap on a pair of my jean capris. It's missing one piece of the snap button. Maybe hubby can fix it with his leather working stuff.

Grilled chicken and asparagus. Tomorrow morning I'm putting corned beef and cabbage in the crock pot. They had corned beef on sale after St. Patty's day so I grabbed one.

Coffee shop guy stocked his ice cream freezer. He has 8 flavors so far, he has Chocolate shop ice cream. Mr. V loves it.

Thank you. Civil Service or Penn Dot not sure which but probably both have a 18 day after offer and have to start at the beginning of a pay period.
I'm glad but reinstatement couldn't they wave the 18 day thing. So now I'm wondering if I'll have to go through the 6 month probation period.
