FV did you see these? I think I need one. Not liking the shipping cost though and don't need 100 worth of stuff for free shipping.

Well, my niece is out of surgery. She's got a cast from knuckles to shoulder, and three pins in her humerus. I havent heard anything from the sis in law about how long her recovery will be of if she'll be able to go back to cheer once the cast comes off. With the height that those little girls work at, I guess its a small miracle that she didnt break something more important than an arm.

Time to kick back for a bit and enjoy the last half of my lunch break. I'll either finish a few more chapters in my book, or wind up falling asleep while trying to read. Im good with either outcome.

The rottpoo I did today was a major pita. It took me and the owner to hold her still so I could groom her. I've sure been getting a lot of dogs lately that are not very well behaved. And the owners expect miracles. I'm not going to risk hurting a dog just to get the job perfect. Some people don't understand that and I am sick of people complaining that their dogs don't look like they want them to. Of course they don't brush the dog at home for six months and then expect me to do wonders. This is why I work with dogs. I don't like people.

Two snakes in the yard in a week. You can tell it's warming up. The first one was out back and today hubby found a baby copperhead in the front island.

I hope everyones day is going better than mine.

I'd blame it on the owners. A dog that's groomed regularly gets use to it. Also it takes less time and is easer on the dog and groomer. Bottom line if you can't afford to get them groomed regularly then get a wash and ware dog. My girls are wash in wear. Sorry just my 2 cents.

I have a math question for y'all. It may seem like an easy problem but I am so stumped.

I am going to try to make a quilt. The quilt size will be 120 inches by 112 inches. The fabric is sold by the yard so 1 yard would measure 36x45. My quilt squares will measure 12 inches square. How much fabric do I need to buy?

I'd google free quilt patterns. That way you can get the exact amounts of fabric, and a pattern to follow.

My head hurts too. [emoji23]

Hi Punkin, how are you and the Mrs. doing?
Not much has changed I'm sad to say. The docs are running out of ideas and Mrs Punkin is losing hope that they will figure it out. We just need to start enjoying ourselves because you just never know how much time you have left.
