I just read this on their website:

"OK, right off the bat, don’t panic because Liberty and Freedom have left their tennis-ball-sized eagle egg exposed to the record cold.

Though cold can cause egg failure, it is normal for eagles to leave their egg or eggs exposed for short periods of time. In fact, they have to be aired to the elements at times or they will get too hot and the embryos could die.

In short, mom and dad know what they’re doing."

I feel much better now! :thumb::banana::banana:

Good morning. I'm off work today and was able to sleep in. It felt good. I'm taking Morgan to get some more blood work done today. Still trying to figure out why she's sleeping so much. This is beyond a normal amount of sleep. She's still sleeping anywhere between 15-18 hours a day. Yesterday she got up at 8, went to work with me, went back to sleep at 12:30, slept til 7, went back to sleep at 8 and just got up this morning at 10. Hopefully we'll get this figured out soon.
