Have been shopping on Amazon for hubby's birthday gift. He wants a large tool chest and one of those things that has about 100 little tiny drawers. His tools are always scattered around here and we can never find what we're looking for. He has 3 tool boxes and wants to consolidate it all into one large chest. Anywho, I'm getting overwhelmed withA all the choices. I think I'm going to go with Lowe's or someplace like that.
If you have Prime, hold off until tomorrow, Amazon is doing a 20 years in business sale, should be good! :)

Good morning and happy FRIIIIIDAAAAAYYYYY!!!!

Kat and the rest of the fam are already at the ballfields. I cant get over the fact that they are having games Friday morning... At 9am. They play only two games today. At least three tomorrow. And at least one Sunday. And the temps are pushing 100 degrees again. I think when I take her tomorrow, I will also be carting around my car battery/box fan set up and a 5 gallon water cooler.

Yep. Thats about it.

This is the third time I've typed this as I keep accidentally deleting the message before I can send it.

Work went fine. I made a stop by Big Lots for plastic storage boxes. I picked up a few things but was surprised that the price on them wasn't really any better than Walmart of Target. Morgan has done most of her chores except for helping me clean out the entertainment center and organize it a little better. Eventually I'll get the whole house done but having to take baby steps. I stink at getting it done alone so I need some one there to prompt me onward.

My apologies!:facepalm: The Amazon sale is the 15th, not today.

Marked it on my calendar.

Well, they got KILLT on their second game. 19-0 Mrs E didnt tell me anything that happened this time, so I dont know if they were just out-played, or if they just sucked. I dont mind seeing them lose when they play well and just cant catch a break. I hate seeing them lose because they forget what they're doing. I'm sure I'll hear about it when I get home.

Kat decided to turn her ankle while running trying to catch a foul ball at the fence. I dont understand why she has to hurt herself during games. She's fine during practices, but gets a streak of incredibly stupid started when its time to get to business.

I'm still waiting on the final games of the day to finish up to see where we're going to be stacked going into tomorrow. I did notice that if they lose both games tomorrow, we wont have to go back Sunday. Which is both good and bad. Bad because I want them to play, but good because that means I wont have to drag everything to the field again. It's hard to figure out which route is better.

Well, the timesheet has been submitted. Its just about time to go potty and start packing up to go home then the gym. I've lost 5 of the 7 pounds I gained last week. Now I need to start focusing on getting another 12 pounds gone.

Y'all have a great weekend!!!

Work was super busy today. We had enough dogs scheduled for grooming for me and the other groomer but shocker that it was the other one decided to sleep in and not come today. That was seriously her excuse. The owner and her husband said something about shutting the place down since the originally bought the shop for their daughter has absolutely no interest in it anymore. I begged her not to close. I have it made there. Set my own hours, take what ever time I need off when I need it, can take Morgan with me if need be, etc. I refuse, absolutely refuse, to go back to petsmart. It was just awful there when I worked there ten years ago or so. I will find work in a different line of work before I go back there. I'm not kidding, that's how bad it was. Really wish I could afford to have the shop on my own.

Anyway, I'm home and off from work tomorrow. Time to get some organizing done. Morgan and I did get the entertainment center cleaned out and organized late yesterday afternoon. This was before she got mad at me for what I don't remember and decided to try to run away. I was in the back of the house and didn't hear her go out the door but Alex came and told me. By the time I found her she had already crossed a major highway and heading down a side street. I have no idea where she thought she was going to go. Needless to say I was pretty pizzed by then. The fun just never ends around here. Hubby called about then and was able to talk to her and get her to get out of the car without me having to pull her out. He always seems to be able to diffuse a situation when I can get no where with it.

Hoping for an uneventful, quiet, and calm rest of the weekend. Hubby will be home in the morning.

Happy Saturday. May the work half go quickly and the weekend part drag out. :D

My thoughts exactly!
