Looks like a pattern here. Maybe if she didn't know what kind of dog or the difficulty of the groom she'd show up. But since they book in advance would be hard for her not to know. Oh well more $$$$ for you.

Yes, it would be hard to not know what she has scheduled. Her mom explicitly asked her last week if she could handle doing all three if they scheduled for Monday. She said yes, she could do it. But as we can see, she's lazy and decided not to do it afterall. Yes it is more money for me but I like to know ahead of time what I have scheduled. Not the spur of the moment dog that I have no choice to do because someone has to do it and it's obviously not her. Rarely is she going to do something to help me out. If I'm out she wouldn't do my dogs. They would reschedule until later. Heaven forbid she be put out in the least little bit. Also, her mom said that her laziness seems to be highest on the days that she knows I'll be there. /rant

Otherwise my day was good. Went to Target to pick up a new prescription the doctor sent in that is replacing the one I had such a reaction to. Undoubtedly the receptionist called it in wrong and said that it had to be name brand, not generic. $400 I promptly called the doctor office and told them about their what I hope was a mistake and she immediately called it in correctly. Needless to say I am going to wait for them to fill the generic form because the same thing will then cost me $10! Can you believe that difference in price? It's ridiculous!

Hubby is cutting grass and hoping this will be the last time for the year. Alex is supposed to be cleaning the master bathroom. He put it off yesterday so it got added to his chore list today. Then today he asked if he could do something other than that. NO, you use the bathroom just like the rest of us do. Clean it or you can start going out to the woods to pee and bathe in the creek. I told him not to do a half azz job, do it right. He said he does a carppy job so that I won't ask him to do it anymore. :facepalm; When I was Morgan's age I was cleaning my parents house every Saturday and I mean cleaning it. My kids have it easy.

Nope, nothing crawled up my ..... Just in a snappy mood.

Some one at work gave hubby a can of dip that is herbal leaves and mint and cinnamon flavored. So it has the nicotine but not the other tobacco carp. You have to order it online though. He said he might give it a try. He talked me into trying a little of it. I smelled it and it smelled like cinnamon. Thinking "how bad can this be". So I put a wad under my tongue and trying unsuccessfully not to get it all over inside of my mouth. It started burning. Bad burning. I thought my bottom lip was in serious trouble and I couldn't get the stuff out of my mouth fast enough. The cinnamon was a great flavor if only it didn't burn you mouth. Lesson learned.

Kat's at the doc right now getting her foot checked out. I'll update y'all on it in the morning.

I just filled out my availability for the umpire thing. I've got it worded so I can work/watch half of Melanie's games. Unfortunately, every softball night conflicts with Kat's volleyball games. She said she didnt care if anyone came to watch her play, but I know better. Thankfully the softball season ends early enough I'll be able to go to the Divisional and the Playoff games. I might not like volleyball, but I'll be able to embarrass cheer for her at least twice. Between her stuff and Melanie's stuff and the need for money, I hope I've balanced a good compromise between all of it.

Time to go get home, get changed and get to the gym. I NEED to work off that extra poundage I packed on over the weekend!

I bailed and came home to get my mending done. I refuse to buy another pair of jeans this size, so I best either keep mending, or get some fat off my azz.

And I found my lost bottle of House. Right after I ran it over in the driveway.

Weigh in went well. We didn't meet last week soit's been 2 weeks since I weighed in. I lost 4.5 pounds tonight for a grand total of..........88 pounds! I'm completely shocked at myself. Ran into someone I know but haven't seen in a few months today and she didn't recognize me at first.

FV....I dont know if I should be laughing or crying.

Well, Kat's foot is out of the boot. The doc didnt even re-xray. She's to ease back into sports and see how it goes. If it hurts again, the boot goes back on for a week, with no need to have it reexamined. So, she'll be playing in her volleyball game this evening. Mrs E is going to that, taking CJ. I'll be taking Melanie to her game since I'll be on the field for that league tonight. She got all excited when I told her I was ump'ing her game. I had to remind her that I would still call her out if she was out. Her excitement kind of waned a little bit, but said "I know! I'm just happy you'll be able to watch me play." That little pain in the .... is such a sweetheart. Sometimes.

Good morning. Im off work today. Yaaaaay! And hubby is home. Double yaaaay! I'm hoping to hear back from my brother today. Fingers crossed.

My brother is home from Afghanistan for three weeks. He came in last week, and I havent seen him yet. And mom leaves today to go back to her ship. I'm not sure where she's going this time. Either the Gulf of Mexico or off the coast of Trinidad/Tobago again. I think.

I only really talk to my brother a couple of times a year. He texted me last night and wanted to know if this morning would be a good time to call me. Undoubtedly there something he needs to talk to me about. He's also really bad about keeping in touch. He'll say he'll call me on such and such a day but he never does. He's a good person just not very reliable.

My sister, bil, mom, and dad are all going on the cruise for my older sisters wedding. I really wanted to go too but it was just waaaay too much money for me to go. Even if it was only me alone going it was still going to be over $1000. I really want to go though. They said they'll take lots of pics for me and I told them that would probably make me want to go even more. So in other words, don't text me 800 pics while your gone.
