We couldn't find the goose, but when we got to the humane society with our donations they told us the owners called that it was home. So no goose chase for the V's.

We are sponsoring a cat named Nancy at the shelter, so we brought her good food, and a big bag of good food for the little kitties that are there.

It's 19 out and snowing. ugh. I'm chilly so I think I'll bake some bread. That should warm the hut up, and it smells sooooo good!

19 out? Yuck!

Glad the goose found its home.

Groceries are done for a couple of weeks except going to Ollies for coffee and cappuccino kcups.

The dogs are about to get a bath and Fiona's getting a haircut first.

Morgan's to youth group with Geo tonight and his parent.

Good afternoon! It started out cold this morning but it has warmed up a bit to the point I only need a light jacket.

I did a lot of sitting and waiting for dogs to dry today. I had one groom and 3 large dogs for a bath. I haven't been doing just baths because I didn't realize I could do just a bath and get paid for it. I thought it was only hair cuts. One didn't show up though. The owner called and said she might be late and that her dog had bloody ......... Told her we'd have to reschedule because it would just stress the dog out and it would continue to have .........

Tonight is weigh in. I've stayed on plan this week but I feel a bit bloated so I may show a gain. Next weeks weigh in will be a bust with Thanksgiving. I don't plan on having any desserts but I love dressing and broccoli salad. I'm making the broccoli salad and making it low in points and low fat. I'm doing brussel sprouts too and need to find a recipe that isn't just boiling them.

Got my hair cut. She cut it waaaaaaaaay too short on the top and back. I wanted spikey hair in the back but not that spikey and not with it sticking straight up on top. I look like I stuck my finger in a socket. This is the second time she's cut it way too short. Guess I need to look for a new stylist. I'll give her one more shot but it's going to take a while for it to grow long enough for a haircut.

Hope everyone's Monday is going well.

Just popping to say Hi! This is for Tiff, haircuts are great no matter how they turn out at the moment. You have beautiful hair that grows everyday and if they may have cut it a little shorter than you like just take a breath and think it will grow some more tomorrow and all is well. UNLIKE some of us that have NO more hair to grow on the top of their(MY) head! :w00t: I do let my beard grow at it's leisure and since it is all white some might think I resemble Santa. :) I hope everyone had a nice Monday...

Hi Punkin! Are you and the Mrs. cooking for Thanksgiving or are you going out?
We are going to my sister's house. I'll probably eat too much as usual. [emoji2]

Sounds like a good plan. I still don't have a plan at all.
I don't have a plan either, I should probably just ask Ian if I'm invited for dinner instead of waiting until the day before for him to say something. :p

Oh, and his Christmas present is looking awesome!! I'm having a custom cutting board made for him, he wanted one to replace a cabinet top/countertop. I think it was my fault, I found one at a swap meet that I did that with back when they were in middle school (had to get him to carry it to the car, too heavy for me!) His will be a LOT nicer than mine though. :) And yes, I will have pics for you all, just waiting for it to be finished because this guy does awesome work and you need to see the beauty of the end product.

Good plan. After all that's a Thanksgivin tradition. Eating drinking too much and a good movie. I'm making a wooping 9 pounder.:lol:

Tonight I'm putting acorn squash in the pressure cooker. *skeered* I made a meatloaf the normal way. Hoping for a decent dinner, but we'll see.
Hmm, I used to make a thing with acorn squash years ago. Basically meatloaf inside the squash. You start by baking the squash after cutting it in half and cleaning it out, cut side down, until tender. Then stuff and put back in the oven to cook the meatloaf part. Nom nom! :)

And speaking of nom noms, I just got a Uwell Crown tank in my vapemail today, and also some CC Irish Cream and Cake. Soooo, I loaded the Crown with Irish Cream, and wowza! It's tasting totally awesome!

We're going to my mom's for Thanksgiving.

Lost 4.6 this week. Making up for the ridiculous 7 I gained last week. I don't understand some of those people there. Someone brought in a pumpkin pie and another brought a bag full of homemade chocolate chip m&m cookies. :glare: My mom had one and said it wasn't very good so I'm glad I didn't take one and waste my points on it. The group Christmas party is in a couple of weeks and they sent around a sign up sheet for what you are bringing to the party. You should have seen some of this stuff. Pie, cake, etc. I'm all for treating myself with some good food on the holidays but geesh, I didn't work this hard since February just to mess up with a chocolate chip cookie and a bunch of junk food. I don't eat nearly as much as I used to. I think my stomach shrunk or something. Oh, and someone asked my mom and I if we are sisters. :glare: She's only 18 years older than me but geesh.

Well, gonna run. Time for my nightly frozen fruit bar and look up mattresses for Alex. He is in desperate need of a new one.
