Yeah, I know. I told hubby they are great dogs but big goofs and stay a puppy for about 3 years. I think we both want a boxer over a german shepherd, which is another one we were thinking about. Hubby asked me for the fifth time last night when do I want to get one. And each time I've told him that is up to him since he handles the money. I'm pricing kennels now. Need to figure out where to put one. I took Shrek's old kennel spot and turned it into my sewing/craft corner in the living room. I'll have to get creative with the furniture I guess. I found about five different breeders that have puppies right now and are relatively close, like can drive there and back in one day. We went to TN for Shrek. It also gave me an idea of what they will cost. There is a very large gap in prices from $250 to $500 and a lot in between.

I did see the weather liars are forecasting a foot of snow for Fri/Sat. I sure hope they are fibbing again...

Decided to take a mental health day today. Now if the wind would stop, I might even run to the store.

I took kind of a mental health day tomorrow at work. I have that balance test on Thursday and can't take any of my meds for 48 hours prior therefore can't take my antivert. I take it when I have to leave the house/drive until we get this figured out. Since I can't take it tomorrow, I'm staying home. Just in case. I can't afford to get out and be stuck somewhere unable to drive.

I just let firefox remember mine, but still write them on paper because it has brain farts now and then.

They are doing nest maintenance. I'm guessing soon there will be an egg or two.

As far as passwords go I simply have to write them down in my little green book. I can't remember that kind of stuff any more.

Thanks Bamrz, I've been doing the same. But today I forgot my little notebook that I keep them in and both FF and I are having a brain fart. I think I need one of those managers, I'm looking at sticky password right now. As long as you know the master password, it keeps all of them for you.

I'm on the run. Mrs Punkin is getting a hair cut and I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting on her. There happens to be a liquor store here so I figured I would go inside to keep warm. Let's just say there is a little more Scotch for the up and coming snow squal.

Tiff, have you checked your area humane societies for a boxer or gs? Boxers end up at shelters as pups pretty often.

What's gs?

We went on the websites of the shelters in the area and couldn't find one that was still a puppy. I went on petfinder.com too and looked but the only thing I've found has been in the newspaper ads and craigslist. I do know that one of the one's I found that has a litter about to be ready to leave is about 30 minutes from me. My friend got her boxer from this breeder and has had no problems. She said it was very clean, not a puppy mill. They have two males left and will be ready in February. They want a deposit on it. I've got all the info on every boxer breeder this side of the Mississippi so he can go through it and see if he wants to go ahead and get one now or wait for a bit more. It doesn't matter to me.

Win chills in the - and I got 2 eggs yesterday and 3 eggs today from the 5 girls. Drakes in time out he wont let the one duck out of the coop. Everytime she tries to come out he bites her. He doesn't do that to the other 2. So hes back in the old pen. Really didn't need the extra frozen water to contend with. Then there's my stupid bantams. I have to chase them in their coop every night. Every night I tell hubby I need to go put the stupid chicks in. They still haven't layed yet.Grrr
