Wow, that IS a string of baddies. Hope they treat you fairly.

RL is highly overrated. :)

I'm trying to remember what I heard about that device when running only ONE coil. There was something specific you had to do.. Hmmmm....... Maybe take special care where the ONE coil is, maybe airflow ?? Not sure, old age setting in.

I got you beat Bamz. First off, LOVE LUV LOVE Amazon, and live on Prime. Movies, music, shipping, sign me up. Could probably fill a Prime Dumptruck at this point. My BESTEST best example would be when I ordered some cat litter (yes the MAGIC litter can ONLY be found on Amazon), and some air filters for my HVAC. One, 40 lbs. the other 0.5 lbs. What did the highly trained packing specialists at Amazon do ??

You know...

Everything in ONE box, and only ONE survived.
I try to order 2 days apart to avoid that..Sometimes it works and sometimes your filter gets bent.Still I love Amazon...

Experienced cataract survivor here...No one hates surgery more than me and nobody hates anyone messing around my eyes more than me...It doesn't hurt at all you're not completely out which means you can sing show tunes while under the knife...Knowing that you sung show tunes during the procedure is the worst part.If you can get over THAT embarrassment it's a win win...Wait till you can see what you've been missing the same day...It's a miricle I tell ya..a miracle.
What she said. I guess I babbled at the surgeon, like he needed my running commentary or something.

I'm in between the drip and espresso settings. If you're getting a bitter taste, try a coarser grind, and you can put a percolator filter in the bottom. That filters out some of the oils, which at the end of the brewing can get a bit strong. The finer the grind, the more of the oils will show up in the pot. Trial and error, which means lots of caffeine while you are finding your favorite settings. :)

Thankfully it didn't get stuck in the black hole of NJ, where packages go to die.
OMG!!! Not Kearney NJ!!! <Bam runs out of the room babbling incoherently>

Good morning all!

Well, it's official. I am sub-ohm vaping thanks to a little help from Bamrz. It took me three tries to get the wick right on a premade coil. Otherwise, it went smoothly. I can honestly say it's going to take some getting used to. I may even have to drop my nicotine level. I think the one thing that I can complain about is how hot the hit is. But, since I'm still playing around with settings, I should be able to find something that makes it just right.

Today is one week away from getting my bike out of the shop!!! And I think the timing is going to be perfect! Temps are finally below 90, AND humidity is down a little bit. It was actually 72 this morning! Thats a big change from walking outside before the sun comes up and having 80+ degree temps and 80% humidity smack you in the face first thing in the morning. It was wonderful. MAN I cant wait to get my bike back!!!

Yesterday was absolutely horrible. out of the 45 scheduled jobs, 85% of them had to get rearranged. Some of it was due to extra people coming in to help out. Some was because people called out. Some was because some system somewhere was "updated" and screwed up my inventory. Then the day never slowed down like normal. It seemed every time I fixed something, two more things popped up. Including having to send out my warehouse associate into the field to take ladders to people FOUR HOURS after they had been on site. Yep. It took the guy FOUR STINKING HOURS before he realized he would need an extension ladder.

Things werent much better at home. Second week of school starts, and one of my kids is already sick. CJ was complaining of his throat hurting, running a fever, and a headache. All those contagious dirty little beasts we call kids all packed into one room hacking and sneezing on each other.... So Mrs E took him to a CVS Minute Clinic. Some kind of virus, thankfully NOT strep. Then with me stuck at work late, Mrs E had to take Melanie to practice, drop her off, go get Kat, go get Melanie, then back home. All the while dragging a sick CJ around with her. I got home and had to go to the gym. I dont know why, but the gym is something I look forward to most of the time. I can feel run down and tired before I go, but afterwards, I'm still tired, but it's like all of the stress from the day melts away. I just wish my fat melted away as easily. The downside is being sore (squats, deadlifts, Romanian deadlifts, leg press (Up to 450 pounds now!!!), leg extension, and calf press. Leg day has me walking like a new born colt. I dont even want to talk about trying to walk down the stairs this morning.

This morning has been much better. We're just as busy, but we only had to move around equipment for three jobs because someone didnt show up. I dont think she's going to be around too much longer anyway. But aside from that, it's been a busy, but business as usual kinda morning.

Now, I need to go approve my guy's timecard, then start getting some reports submitted. Yay! Isnt management fun!!??!?!

Round of applause for forging on with sub omhing...I am waiting on my coils but they are on a slow boat from China...literally.In fact looking at the tracking they may be lost at sea...I have managed to fire up my Radius...Do you know it can also be used as a light saber? That and many other things that I don't understand.Apparently High Tech is not my forte along with a myriad of other things. I am however good with colors...and small children...sometimes.I do wish I had gotten a bird before I had children...He's so funny..He likes to take pepsi caps and float them in his bath.He does it everyday and I find it funny everyday.
James, my son did that warehouse thing everyday for 4 years...Even on his day off they would call him. It's nuts.It was driving him nuts.He quit to work with retiring special forces guys. He finds them jobs and whatever else they need. He loves it.Even if they call him on his day off he still loves it.
Both my Son's have new babies and they are in daycare..They haven't had a week without a cold...It sucks.

Good morning James!

Woke up, had coffee, fed Victor, took a shower, let Victor out then back in, more coffee, dressed, came to work. More coffee. I like my mornings so much better than yours.
:glare: just... :glare:

My morning consists of waking up after three alarms go off, two snooze buttons later, my tv turns itself on as if saying "if you dont start moving now, you AND your kids will be late". Drag myself to the bathroom for the daily rigmarole of attempting to be almost slightly presentable for work, hopefully at this point I remember that the kids need to be woken up... After I get dress, I sit on the top step and slide down the stairs one at a time because I'm too tired to actually walk (leg day makes this task even worse). Wait for one of the three dogs to realize I've fallen asleep at the foot of the stairs before they either bark at me or step on me. Realize I'm running late, throw everything I need to eat in the cooler. THEN realize I forgot something upstairs, which leads to more crawling and sometimes crying. Finally make it out the door where my dad is there to greet me a good morning then give me a 20 minute dissertation of what my kids do wrong every morning after I leave but before Mrs E gets home. Even as I'm walking out of the garage, slowly, and backwards, he keeps trying to talk... while I'm late... Try for five unsuccessful minutes for my car to start. It finally will...it always does.. It hates mornings, too. Then comes the 30 mile, hour long drive to work, behind no less than four school buses across three counties, a heavy dose of stupidity on the interstates, and at least one slow down for no apparent reason. Then comes the real work....

But believe it or not, I do enjoy my job. I may be underpaid, but I'm not under appreciated.

I hate my dad's bird. She was cool and chatty and very social when she was young. But now all she does is scream LOUDLY if no one is in the room with her, and she wil try to bite you if you attempt to pet her or pick her up.

The warehouse thing isnt too bad. I've been doing it for about 6 years (maybe its 5...?) now. Honestly, I'd rather be doing this than being a technician. Besides. As a manager, I can start setting my sights up a little higher to the next rung on the ladder.

Yep. Sick kids suck. I keep hoping that one of these days, their immune system will kick in as heavily as mine does and start preventing shtuff like that. It just never does.

nuts, I'm liking this tank so much that I'm thinking I need another one.
What tank is that??

THANKFULLY, the humidity has gone WAY down!!! The past 2 days have been absolutely wonderful! :):):) I'm hoping it holds out for a couple days, because I have been PROMISED my regular Friday off! (crossing fingers and chanting to ensure success)

I do love my easier mornings now. They used to be crazy hectic, but these days they are much, much better. :)

The tank that I'm loving is my new ijoy limitless plus. It has a filling port, so you don't have to take the dang thing apart to add juice.
Aha! That's why I like the Crown so much, it's a top fill, so you don't even have to take it off the mod to refill it.

I just can't bring myself to like that James, but it did make me giggle a bit. sorry. *snicker*
It's ok. You can like it. Mrs E laughed after I read it to her. Mainly because she knows it's all true.

I tried to top fill mine this afternoon. It didn't end well. For some reason, bottom fill, no leaks. Top fill, leaks... I don't get it.
