Hockey game last night and another one at 3 PM today. A crock pot full of Drott's corn chowder is going - can't wait to try it! It's a grey and drizzly weekend here, and we can always use the rain.
Good afternoon! We're over at the work hut painting the new outside wall. No more creepy leaky garage door!!!! It's 44, so we're quick getting it all painted today while the weather holds. Tomorrow is supposed to be decent too, then we take the winter dive.
I thought I bought matching curtain panels for that new window, just looked at what I bought and it's ONE panel. Carp. It will cost me as much in shipping as one darn panel will cost. Maybe I'll just put up my scary Halloween window covers and leave them all winter.

Left overs. Turkey, stuffing,Lima beans and cranberry sauce. Easy oven warm up.
Hot ham on home made rolls.
We were busy, so no time to cook. Except for getting the trim on around the new windows, we're done. Whew!
Here we had the new small window installed, and the new side door in:
Just got done with the new wall, big window and paint:
Hopefully we can get the window trim on tomorrow. *fingers crossed*

Back alive from the Grrr store. We bought a bunch of stuff. I didn't know what it all was for but it didn't take this educated guy long to figure it out. 
Mrs Punkin is making Christmas cookies! 
She hasn't baked in a few years so I guess she is starting to feel a lot better and even had us put up the Christmas tree right after Thanksgiving.

Hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving. Mine was a knockout..Just got home and am glad to be here..Really I am...No leftovers though. I made a roast tonight or rather the Crockpot made a roast tonight.That Crockpot cooking is fabulous. Roast in. Wait 6 hours. Roast out. I can't believe this sucker has been living on the top of my fridge for 11 years. Are you guys tired of me talking about my crockpot? I can talk about my bird...He can sing Jingle Bells now.. I've been singing it to him for almost 2 weeks today he decided to share..He doesn't get all the words right except for Jingle Bells and the Hey after Oh what fun it is to ride in a one horse open sleigh then a big HEY...I've been trying to train him to sit on my shoulder but he ends up on the back of my neck pulling strands of my hair out...it hurts...I let him out almost all day.He usually just perches on the top of his cage. It has like a little gym and attached food bowls.His wings are clipped so he can't fly but he can dive bomb whatever is on the floor.Usually Dixie.He walked right over to her and bit her on the nose.He's one wicked little bird.Anybody get any good vaping stuff deals? I'm still stocking stuff.
Our Thanksgiving was okay, we went to Golden Corral with another couple and their 8 year old daughter. We had a good time, no stress. That's can't be overstated. NO STRESS. 
I love my crockpots. Yes, I have 2. One lives at home and one lives in the camper. If I could write, I'd write odes to the things. I'll leave that to you, you're better with words than I am.
You can talk about your bird all you want! And video would be most welcome.

I think Larry gave me his cold at work Saturday. I was OK with a bit of stuffiness yesterday, but got up this morning and my throat felt like I gargled shards of glass.
