It's Definitely a Different Design than what I have seen.

So, the Kanger Arymi Gil Kit includes the 60W mod plus the tank which comes with simple coils, or the tank itself, which appears to come with notched type coils. No adjustable airflow and "rated" up to only 40W, but not a cloud, rather a flavor tank, with a 0.2 ohm coil (the notched one with the tank alone, no idea what that simple coil is with the kit tank). I'm really confused.

To Me, that is the Kinda of $15 Tank where you either say... "What the Heck. I'll give it a try."

or...

You wait until there is a Lot of actual user reviews before you buy.

;)

I wonder if the Arymi Gil coil is a picture of a pre-production tank and not a real coil. It just doesn't look like a workable coil.

Dunno?

But MVS is pretty good about taking Pictures of what they have. And what you will get in the Box.

But somebody Needs to Take One for the Team. And when it arrives, do a Review.

It's a shame they have to do all these new products too fast. Bad laws, bad regulations. May be it would be better if they introduced all that stuff after the deadline to make us jealous and more politically active.

But I won't be jealous. My stockpile has multiple copies of only one atomizer. I'll stockpile only two different mods. I have no doubt I'll be happy with those for the rest of my days if necessary.

I vape. I don't smoke. No damn government's going to change that.

Yeah, it's weird. I was perfectly happy just using the same basic Ego-style equipment that I've used for years. Because of the deeming, I've had to up my game and buy mods and tanks I wouldn't otherwise consider just because of the batteries and coils. I'm not sure that this point has ever been mentioned, but the FDA has essentially pushed me from being a happy lifelong vape beginner into an eventual sub-ohm vaping fiend.

When I started controls were moving from volts to watts. Then it was watts to temperature. I chased that and settled into 400 degrees and 30 watts max on 28 guage higher ohm coils. For 9 months I've used only one atomizer, my favorite.

At this point I don't want my vape to "progress" except may be I get better at managing wick and coil issues so vapor quality and throat hit are more consistant. I never wanted to be in the vaping arms race. I would like to be a good example of someone who gets an excellent vape for next to no money.

Northern NJ native , Coastal NC now.
It's pretty amazing what kinds of mods you can get for $40 or less nowadays. My vaping style is easygoing at under 20 watts and no TC but I really like vtc 2s, sig 90w, and picos. I could use them forever. Could see some good sales on those mods in the near future.

I must be misunderstanding the regs , i thought all e cig stuff released after 2007 will be pulled from the market .

Gear released after 2007 and before 8/8/2016 will have to go through the approval process, but will have up to two years to do that. At least that's how I understand it.

Nothing new after 8/8. Nothing post 2007 without FDA approval after 8/8/2018 or 8/8/2019 if a PMTA was actually submitted. It's a deep quagmire going forward. No two ways around it.

After August 8th 2016, No New "Tobacco Products" will be allowed to be Legally Sold in the USA without a FDA Market Order.

"Tobacco Products" that were sold in a US Market from Feb 5th 2007 to Aug 7th 2016 will have a 1 ~ 2 Year Grace Period where they can still be sold while submitting a PMTA to the FDA.

If you Submit a PMTA to the FDA and it is Denied, the Product must be Removed from the Market Immediately.

If the FDA does Not Feel a Company is Serious about submitting a PMTA within the 1 ~ 2 Year Grace period, the FDA can issue a Stop Order on the Product. And the Product must be Removed from the Market until a FDA Approved PMTA is issued.
