Hi Jason. Just to let you know I received my Megladon Starter Kit and everything is in great shape. Thank you very much and considering the horror stories I've heard about deliveries to Canada I'm very pleased with the time frame. Ordered 9/15/11 arrived 9/30/11. I know that I will be ordering all my hardware from you in the future.

Jason and company are definitely one of the best suppliers for ecig products. Their products are inline with what is cutting edge in the rapid evolving ecig industry and they offer the quality and costumer service to match it.
Emails are replied to usually within a few hours of sending it. One time i received an email back as soon as i sent it....
Orders are processed extremely quick if placed withing working hours and usually ship the next day.
Products are of high quality matching those of other high quality vendors.
Products are updated and added regularly to keep up with the industry.
Listens to costumers.
The only weakness i would think is that their eliquids are not very good for me personally. But that is understandable as Jason&co are not specialized in that field.
I am so satisfied that they have turned into my only supplier of hardware.

We Try bud, and thats interesting about the liquid, as we have tried multiple suppliers of stateside e-liquid and even had local customers test other companies products and 90% of them tell us to stick with our current supplier, others we have tried have odd aftertastes and don't taste "clean" others have had a highly alcohol taste in them etc.. overall I'm pretty happy with our e-liquids.

I want to thank Jason and to all the Electronicstix team, I just bought a ss Don, shipping was fast (to México), excellent customer service and Jason was very patient with my poor english 
I recently took a trip to Utah to see my daughter, with only 2 attys. I thought well that will get me through the week (I hope). Low and behold one blew the first day. Getting very very nervous I began to search the web, who knows right? Omgosh!! I found a store only 15 minutes away. The next day we pulled into Electronicstix, and wow, wow, wow! It was the first time I had ever been inside a e-cig store and it was the first time I had ever seen anyone in person vape (besides me of course)!!!! I not only walked out with a new spare atty, but the prettiest pink silver bullet! I am such a noob and they made me feel so comfortable. I asked dumb questions and they didn't even laugh. ha! Dummied it up, just for me Now I'm sporting a new set-up and a new electronicstix t-shirt. Thank you so much guys, you rock.
P.S. The first day I took it to work and had it sitting on my desk. A friend walked by, took one look at my new pink silver bullet and said, " Joleen, do you really think you should bring something like that to work????" (she was jking ofc) OMGOSH, I never thought anything till then... maybe I should have gotten another color??? hahahaha

A constructive observation that is only meant to improve your future customer's experience,
By using a padded envelope (vs a box) to ship this piece of art, you increase the possibility of it being mishandled during delivery. Which results in the customer opening the envelope only to find a dented, misshaped tin.

Hey Jason, I got a charger question.. And can't find the answer anywhere.. Whit trustfire charger last night I put both batteries on it the light at the bottom was green for both. I found that it means the battery is charged. So I moved the batteries around a little one stayed on green one red. Now I have one battery on it showing red meaning charging. I know it takes like 8 hours or so to charge it so I'll watch it today. So my question (sorry) is there a trick to this ? Will it only charge one at a time? And it doesn't matter what battery I put in that one side it shows red in less i wiggle it and I can make it show green..
with chagers and diff batteries you sometimes need to make sure they get a good contact Pretty normal. But if the charger is faulty send it in to us and we will be happy to replace it for you.

Ordered from these guys a little while ago, I am in the same state so shipping was just a day to me.
They accidentally sent me LR instead of SR cartos. I sent an email explaining what had happened and what I should do from there. This was over a holiday weekend, by the way. I waited a day and a half for a reply before deciding to call them on tuesday... but before I could even get to the numberpad on my droid it started blinking. I checked my email and there was already a new package being sent to me! No hassle, no wait, no nothing... just a re-send and that's that.
If that's not 100% pure customer service, I don't know what is. Thanks guys, I'll be ordering in the future most definitely, and if I'm ever in Ogden you will be my first stop.

I am lucky enough to live five minutes from the store. I was brought in last week by my roommate to get my first vp. The guys in the store are amazing. They are patient and quick to answer questions with out making you feel like a fool for asking. I have now spent way to much money (the down side to them being too close lol) and have sent in 3 friends who have all also gotten their husbands vaping as well. On Thursday I was in and grabbed a stack of about 20 business cards. After being at work today I have 3 left Every time someone sees me vaping I get questions and I am quick to tell them that I am very new to it, but am in love. I give them a card and direct them to the store letting them know that they will get the questions answered there. Thank you guys for making my switch so easy and being so patient with my questions.

Kick received in Mexico (after a 26 days) I think, I have paid the shipping deliver option, but it seems Mexican postal service still using donkeys to deliver the mail hehehe
