I guess I'll be the first to post a negative comment:
I was sent the wrong order, looks like they switched my order with someone else, as I received their merchandise and invoice. I understand mistakes happen and that is not my complaint.
My complaint is that when I phoned the store and told them about the mistake, I was told that I have to contact (email) the person who does the shipping. This, to me, is not acceptable. I contacted the store, THEY should handle fixing their mistake.
So I emailed both sales and support, and I received a response from sales (I assume the person that I spoke to on the phone) stating that they believe the mistake was already caught and the correct item may have been shipped to me already. And they would have someone (I assume shipping) contact me.
No one has contacted me. So now I'm left with not knowing if my correct item is on its way to me or not.
Again, mistakes happen, no problem. But the way that it has been handled is poor in my opinion.
