I've ordered several times now....great selection, great turn around on orders and even better customer service! The couple minor issues I've had with my purchases have been addressed promptly and they were able resolve my issues right away. I'll definitely be ordering from electronicstix again. Thanks for offering quality products and standing behind them with your stellar customer service.

I have ordered several times from electronicstix and have always recieved great service and quality products. Recently I actually decided to sign up for the site, and had some trouble, and because I'm dumb or blind I didn't see the "Support" button on the home page. I messaged them on facebook and they got back to me promptly and explained how to submit a trouble ticket. Great experience!

Just wanted to chime in with my own experience as a customer of ENS. I've been buying all of my Z2 gear and batteries from them since I found their online store in October. Relatively new vaper since September of this year but I progressed to mechs quickly and am now the happy owner of 3 z2 mechs, a z2 genny and a z2 compatible dripper. Every order I placed was shipped quickly and without any issues. All my gear has worked great out of the box and I've become a big fan of zen's products.

My most recent purchase of a brass z2 mech and Steam Monkey Link RDA was the biggest test of their service quality. Package was shipped promptly and received within a few days as usual, and the atty and mech are a beautiful pair out of the box. Big bonus points for carrying Lance's products now, especially since he was out of stock just when I was ready to buy the Link. Saw ENS had them so I jumped on it. I prefer zen's battery tubes over the steam monkey brass as well, (don't like the logo on the tube, sorry Lance o_0 love your atty though!). All in all a good score then, until I take the cap off the Link and realize the centerpost screw is missing. :(

So I promptly submitted a support ticket and Chops got back to me right away and an hour or so later I had a tracking number. That's a badass response time! In the mean time, I got impatient and decided to pop the positive pin out of one of my 510 connections and use that to test out the Link. This is not only my favorite dripper now, but my favorite atty period. I think the juice wells must be helping with the more intense flavor I'm getting from this thing. Could all that extra juice sitting in the chamber be a factor? Not sure, but I love it! And again, love the fact that ENS carries zmonkey gear, or I'd still be waiting to experience such an awesome device. Turning my kitchen into a steam room as I type. :)

Actually it's not. It's quite unfair in the fact that you have flipped two Zna mods on eBay robbing someone of the right to a fair price while you make hundreds of dollars. While the maker of the mod and we here at ElectronicStix make under 50 dollars on the mod. We reserve the right to refuse service to known flippers. If you don't like it take a drive and visit the zen showroom in your neck of the woods and grab as many as you like.

THEY DISCRIMINATE
i purchased a zna and they cancelled my order as "fraud" because i posted one on ebay, for some reason they have the right to tell me what i can do with my item when i waited an hour and a half to purchase it like every other customer.

ITS ILLEGAL WHAT THEY DID

Actually, you posted two on ebay, and you have a Hana on there now...

And your point is? I can do whatever I please with my mods as can you. you mean to tell me the guys who got limited editions are going to sell them lower then they paid for them when they decide to sell? Come on.

Well, this may sound crazy to you but I actually plan on using mine!!!

I'd use it. But if I decided to sell it, I'd sell it at the cost, but that's a personal thing. It would even be understandable if some time had passed since the LE's sold out, you were using yours.. and decided to sell it. Then let the market set its second hand value. Buying as many of them as you can and flipping them as they're still in production is bull.... on many levels.

Also, before you make accusations about the law, maybe you should look up the right to refuse service. Their reasons for declining your order were more than perfectly valid.
