Please show me where its valid to refuse service for being a "known flipper"

Any state in the united states? You don't even NEED a reason, other than in certain scenarios (I can't refuse to sell to John Doe because he's homosexual, for example).

Them refusing you service could be blanketed in many ways, so you're out of luck with that accusation, pal.

Actually, They can refuse service for ANY reason... but being a known flipper is a pretty good one.

Other good reasons include (but are not limited to):

1) Whining like a child when you didn't get your way
2) Accusing somebody of discrimination when none took place
3) Using the PayPal system to receive payment for an ecig product
4) Filing complaints with ECF when you KNOW they have the right to refuse service
5) Being greedy and uncaring about your fellow vapers

To name a few...

One would also have to PROVE discrimination on civil rights grounds which can be very difficult and obviously doesn't apply in this case.

People who are actually discriminated against can find it hard to get a job, a place to live, so it is fairly offensive to hear it in the context here.

There is literally one person who cares that you can't make another $300 profit, you.

Again as I said earlier, what I decide to do with my mods is my business and what you do with your mods is yours. I waited on the page like every other customer did and purchased my item and they cancelled it for no valid reason. They have no reason to refuse me service as I did not break any rules.

What are you not understanding? Unless you have actual grounds about your civil rights being violated, they can deny you for any reason

You guys know what is really funny, you are all so mad that I sold these mods at a higher price than retail but the people who actually purchased the mods off me are happy with their purchase. Some guys dont have the time to sit on the computer and wait for these things to pop up and dont mind shelling out an extra couple bucks.

Yes double is clearly "just a few dollars more". Should they send you a free one for hurting your feelings so you can list that one on EBAY also?

ETA: I could understand the comment of "some people do not have the time to sit online and wait for them to become available" had you purchased for a friend and sold them privately actually, in this case it seems a strange fit though.

Why are you even still complaining about not being able to make a profit on something you had no part in the creation of?

You don't have to break any rules to be refused... they can refuse you because they don't like you. That's the law. They don't like flippers. WE don't want the PVs being flipped. WE try to prevent it. YOU are a flipper. YOU are denied service.

And that is legal

You are wrong to say it's not.

It's a small community, vaping at the level of even knowing what a ZNA is let alone buying one, and as William S. Burroughs might have said "you burned it down."

It's not worth it to burn bridges like this man, not even for $20k.... Let alone a grand.

What if, in 3 years, the ZNA5 comes out, with the new DNA5cubed chip, 125 watts of vaping bliss, the size of a zippo, and ENS is the sole distributer. You really just need one for yourself, you don't want to flip it, and you are still banned. I doubt the $700 you made is gonna make it worth it.

My great-grandfather would say "all you have is your word" and I didn't get it until I grew up, but it is true.

Not a legal one

give me a break...it's bad enough that PP can't even enforce their own TOS concerning E-cigs and the sale in the US...which you blatantly put up in Ebay by the way... oh yea, it's owned by PP... you were reported by many of us there too. you deserved what you got... not a legal one? sure it is. ENS didnt have to give you a reason for refusal, and in this case, they had every reason....its called integrity, which you have NONE....
