we claimed that we are going to test all fluid manufacturers in the U.s. If dealers wish to send in samples for analysis we will be happy to foot the bill to analyze their juices as well. If they wish to help foot the bill, the bill is large. But Pamela and I are moving forward as leaders in this industry for compliance long before the fda sets their sight on all of us. Anyone wanting to join is welcome

I wish this forum had a "like" button like Facebook does. Anyway, I like.

That's awesome. I hope all manufacturers join in on this huge step for the industry. Nothing like a proactive business when it comes to safety. My hats off to both you and Pamela.

General Disclaimer: I have had a consulting relationship with FSUSA- make of this what you will.

The beauty of this David, is that not only do you help FSUSA, but other smaller vendors who may not be able to pay for this type of testing.

The only caveat, is to limit by number or quota how many you will do a month so you don't have to pay for every single vendor on the planet in a month.

But this is good for the entire industry, AND for us as consumers. And puts FSUSA in it's proper position as an innovator in the industry.

Those would be my admittedly biased comments. But after having worked closely with you, I have good reason for a positive bias.

This x1,000 (other than the fact that I'm in no way affiliated with FSUSA).

Very well stated, as usual Coz. I don't have any affiliation with FSUSA, but I'm proud to be a customer because I know now that my purchases helped pay for an unexpected bonus that will benefit all of us.

That's a really good point. For my next order I'll make a 120ml purchase and purposefully not use the 10% discount code for just that reason. Just don't tell my wife.

I really think this move has the potential to positively impact the entire industry. Thank you FSUSA for taking the initiative.

How do you think I ended up consulting a bit for them? I was a happy and satisfied customer.

When I posted previously in the diacetyl thread about vendors caring and changes being in the pipe- well this is the thing I was talking about.

David, God bless him, has "Internet Communication Syndrome". Which is to say that he doesn't always come off as the guy he is when he posts on the internet. He's gotten better of course.

But the level of sheer *vision* the guy has about the industry and making fluid is amazing. And he's smart enough to bring in other people with expertise outside his area to augment his operation.

In the month I consulted for him I saw huge changes and growth in the company. Some spurred by me, and some spurred by others on his management team. It's a very organic and dynamic environment.

I hate to be a fanboi of anything. And I do have criticisms of FSUSA. But no more than any of the other good vendors I've used.

Can't make everybody happy. Do what you feel is right and the rest will fall into place. Read enough of the "other" people and you get a clear sense of what their motivations are. Or as my mother says "It will all come out in the wash" LOL

Your mother is an intelligent woman.

I really don't need any more juice - I just bought 240ml on the last sale - but I think that I'll place another order as a show of support for David, Pam, and everyone else at FSUSA; and, as an added benefit, to piss off the anti-FSUSA crowd.

Good idea banjo. Lets start a thread on this. :D

Oops- you too upstomp.

Hi..Im curious what exactly you will be testing for..and when you say compliance what exactly does this mean?
is it to have a standard about ejuice..a disclosure as to what is really in them ?
for instance...if something is labeled 100 vg...it does not contain pg type thing..
just to clarify so I can fully understand..I am not a mother tongue english speaker..but Im very curious what this is about
thanks

I am curious...

- What is the name of the lab doing the testing? <---This is a BIGGIE for me!
- When will testing begin?
- Are the samples "blind" samples chosen from random batches?
- Is the lab a third party entity or do they have direct interest in FSUSA, (e.g. paid by FSUSA to do the testing)?

Thanks David!

I think where allot of people and me included is everytime I see the FDA and ecigs in the same sentence it's been trouble. I applaud you testing of the juice and anyone that doesn't want to know what's going into their bodies is unstable. But like I said the FDA involvement in any way shape or form bothers me. They have one goal.
