We do now have steel tips for Stardust which I demoed on video will fit these...I just put them up :)

GotVapes Stardust ™ Screw-on Replacement Tips - STEEL [gv-STARDUST-TIPS-STEEL] - $3.95 : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more

Got the 2 I ordered today. I like it so far but the drip tip needs to go. My pink lemon aid flavor makes the tip mushy and I can taste it too. When you getting in metal drip tips for these? :)

I also got 2 of the dual coils. Total ohm is 1.5 not 2 1.5's making a 3. Had to put the voltage on my vmax down to 3.4 to use it with out it getting to warm. The single coil ones look easier to clean anyways.

I like being able to see the amount of liquid again. I have been using vivi novas with metal tubes because of some of my liquids and me being clumsy. Just need a drip tip that's not plastic, and I'd be pretty happy with it. There's something different from the vivi novas too but I can't place it yet. Might be more taste or something, not sure.

Again, when you getting metal drip tips in for these? :)

2.5 stems coming on the very next shipment hopefully going out tomorrow....

Got mine yesterday. I am really liking it. The flavor seems better than my vivi's and so far it is handling my all vg juice great. If the performance keeps up, I will order more. Hope they get the 2.5 replacement stems soon.

how do the two tanks compare performance-wise? i have a few Vivi Nova v2.5s and love em. i cant notice much of a difference between these two tanks. anyone care to highlight the differences in performance (in any)?

edit: i now see some folks have highlighted that the taste seems better on the Titan. and that pink lemonaide may be less of an issue than with the Vivi. anyone care to add any other difference they might have noticed?
thanks :)

WOOT! I get paid Friday! :)

With the metal tips I believe I'll be ditching the novas in favor of these. Day 3 and they are getting broken in now and I'm really liking them better than the novas. Have to order a couple more & tips & maybe some extra coils....

Yeah my pink lemon aid eats the plastic tips but the tank is fine. On the novas it'd crack the tank in about 5 mins of putting it in it. Metal tips now available so problem solved. Not to mention I hate plastic drip tips anyways. I figured it would since it eats the stardusts up too, but I knew I had extra stardust tips so I tried it anyways. hehe

There's less condensation build up on these than on the novas too. Even when you put a whole 6ml in it. I even noticed if it does get some in I just screw off the tip and it rolls back into the tank, with the way it's built. But I had a lot more condensation build up on the novas by far. I chain vape often. :)

Just as easy to clean as the novas. Metal to metal on the connections, less wear on the plastic. The taste is clearer or something, still can't place just what the difference is yet, but I like it better. 6ml in a tank for almost the same size! Got to love that. They seems to wick better than the novas too, I didn't have much luck with the long wicks on the novas but it works in these really really well. Don't have to twirl the tank down as much as I did with the novas. And... uhmm.... I think they look better on the vmax. All I can think of.

thanks so much for that. thats what i was looking for. i do like the titan, and like you say 6ml for not all that much bigger is amazing. is there a magic trick going on in there? LOL
the condensation rolling back into the tank is a bit concerning imo. thats doesnt seem optimum. but hey who knows maybe ive been vaping condensatin this whole time and not known it. for me, the vivi nova drip tip is awesome. whatever is inside that thing seems to be preventing most of the condensation build-up. most of my standard drip tips (metal and plastic) seem to build up condensation after just a few draws, but the tank tip is bone dry most of the time. plus i like the smooth feel of the vivi drip tip. the only other drip tip ive liked better was ceramic. i do like a nice solid metal too though.

Ok, I got mine in my GotVapesMail this morning. Keep in mind this is just a first impression.

Mechanical stuff:

Out of the box is that this thing is solid and well built. I like the metal to metal threading, very solid. I always worry about the Vivi Nova threads, and even had a mini nova that was either stripped out of the box or I tightened it too much, not sure which. Ain't gonna happen with this.

One thing I absolutely noticed and love is that the stem connects to the base via a real 510 thread connection, which will make these a breeze to dry burn without having a disassembled unit to plug the head into.

The thing I don't like so much is the threaded drip tip. I always worry about making a good seal, and I've overtightened quite a few on the stardusts and broke the thread ring free of the tip. Maybe the metal stardust tips would work better, but I'd really like to see a top seal more like the Nova on this where you can use a standard drip tip. On the plus side, you can unscrew the tip and fill or top off the tank without removing the top, and threads look more robust on the included tip, so I'll reserve final judgement on it, as it doesn't reall affect performance any. Though this is a personal thing with me, YMMV.

The only other thing is that the stems don't seem to be marked for their resistance value like the Vivi heads. I hope they'll be doing this in the future.

Vaping:

I filled it about 1/3 the way up with a blackberry limoncello flavor similar to the flavor that clouded the Vivi tank on me, swirled it around, and let it sit for a few minutes to saturate the wick. The liquid is 60/40, not too thick but not completely thin either. I mounted it on my Young June Chrome Lavatube 2.0 clone. The head came in at 2.4 ohms, close enough to the 2.5 rating, so I set it at 4.6v as a starting point.

I took the first hit. Decent vapor and flavor. The next few hits it kept getting better and better, and after about 10 it leveled off. Vapor production is excellent, and flavor was excellent too. I'm not sure it was any stronger flavor than on the Stardust with a vivi head, but it sort of tasted cleaner, and more integrated. The vivi head with the long wick on occasion seem to separate the flavors, and so far this doesn't seem to be doing that, but time will tell.

Wicking seems to be excellent so far. No flooding, and I'm able to 6 or 7 big hits in rapid succession with the PV vertical before getting a hint of a dry hit. Letting it sit vertically after that for 30 seconds and it's back to normal. I think I'll be tilting this alot less than I have to with the Vivis.

So far, this is a winner. I can see a few more in the very near future. Though I'd love to see a mini version that doesn't look like an old school street lamp on my twists. :)

They look like they are rebuildable to me, but I haven't taken one apart yet. Same design by the looks of it as the nova heads, just longer. I should take apart the dual coil ones but I haven't yet. Did not care for the duals so I can mangle them when I get a chance.

I have yet to get a gurgle on these. I did have some build up a couple times, I just unscrewed the tip and tilted it a bit and it rolled back down into the tank. The top of the head is pretty flat and the tip just sit down on it so it just goes back into the tank.

I am having a little issue with the post connecting on the ss vmax with the ego connection. I've had to pull the post of the titan out a bit. It hits flush with the metal on top, no wiggle room at all. Have to pull one out farther next time it does it I guess, no biggie so far.

They burned to hot for me. I got 2 of them and thought they'd be 2 1.5ohm coils making it 3ohm total. They are 1.5ohm total. So was vaping them at like 3.4v and that seemed silly to me and they where still pretty hot at that voltage. So, I didn't care for them at all. If they were 3ohms total I'm sure that'd be a totally different story. They show as only 1.5ohms on the vmax btw, just way to low for my tastes.

Thanks Riffy, please do share your experience after taking it apart. And I'm curious why don't you like the dual coil head? I'm looking to get the Dual coil head when I order the titans.

(edit) I've never used dual coils before and I could be way wrong on how I think they work. I will most likely give them another shot before ripping them apart too. :)
