I'm not a scientist nor a lab reporter. All I can say is my opinion.

Anyone... and I mean anyone, can send out what every they like to a "3rd" party laboratory and see results. These results (and most likely) will reflect what the sender wants to see.

The only way to be sure the results are accurate:

Make sure the "3rd" party laboratory is reputable. (They aren't being swayed to make results...EX: send some money and we shall report this OR our results are the same for everyone).

Test it yourself. (mostly likely not possible as most consumers don't have access or can't afford lab equipment, let alone know how operate or see accurate results).

Both parties have nothing to gain.

I would had more of my opinion, but I have no further information on either company to add. If I did, then I would either support or neglect the study that you have presented.

Has anyone found Dekang lab reports like this -> Lab Reports / Fluid Facts / Totally Wicked e-Liquid / electronic cigarette eliquid nicotine fluid products

I'd like to know if they have diacetyl in their liquids.

EDIT: Here's something -> Changning Dekang Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

Well, since the Totally Wicked RED LABEL e-juice IS Dakang that has been relabeled, I would assume it is the same as this report.

The flavors are tweaked a bit, and they come in FANCY glass bottles, but the original RED label stuff is Dakang.
