A question for the people who already have one... can you adjust the power directly with the 2 small buttons or do you have to go into the menu every time?
I have this sneaking suspicion the contact at the bottom can be used for that. It wouldn't surprise me if we'll see a special cable for this or the charging station has a usb connection only for upgrading. Knowing Dicodes they probably abandoned micro usb because it's relatively fragile.

You wait until the option is highlighted and then you can scroll up and down. If you press quickly using the up down buttons you go through the menu options. There might be other quicker ways of doing it, I'm still finding my way round and might have missed something.
Not that I can see. Its similar to the Dicodes Dani v2+ and 2380T, you scroll through the menus horizontally until you reach your desired option, you then wait for it to highlight and then input your selection. The addition of the up/down buttons means they have got rid of duplications, before power down and power up were two separate options, now there is just one controlled by the up/down.
I've just noticed you can highlight your option using the power button and then change it using the new buttons, so it's a bit quicker than it used to be.

Actually it's DEE-CODE-ESS
I would say that as the name Dicodes comes from and is an abbreviated version of Digital controlled devices then I would venture that the correct pronunciation is Di co des, not DIE CODE ESS. Ah well not to worry.
Anyway mine arrived today, being able to navigate my Pro 2 like a trooper, the 9 takes a bit more learning but is getting there.
Would be nice if someone where to do a black or clear carbon wrap for it!!
If you hold the plus or minus button, it directly changes the last value - it remembers your last menu position (Power or Temp) until it goes into deepsleep (after that, Power is the default position).

1) I already talked with dicodes about the docking station, it's for charging only.
2) 199€ is only the introductory price for both mods, the normal pricing (~around mid January) will be €249,50.
How is the battery efficiency compared to the DNA 40 or the SX350 class of chips? And does anyone know if it has a preheat or "hotshot" function like the DNA200 or the Provari Radius?
Its a very efficient device, you even have the option to set your minimum battery discharge level. There is a boost setting with ten different profiles, there is also something called heater protection mode which kind of controls temperature with Kanthal.
This surprises me now that upgradeable firmware is becoming the standard, especially for a mod that's normally going to cost €250. I hope they have it perfected to the point that upgrades are pointless.

I ordered mine from the PB-Dampfer German site on the 29th but not had the shipped notification yet ?
Just looked again and there is a note on there that they will be getting stock on the 10th of January !
Also saying on there they will keep the €199 price till 31st January which indicates to me the price may rise at the end

Add German Post to the mix and it may have been quicker for us to walk to Dicodes & collect
They seem to be out of stock almost everywhere, at least the Titanium color ones, my seller only has red and green left :-(

My gf also ordered a Provari Radius....we spend way to much these last days, aah well that's were year end bonusses are for but now we're done for quite a while LOL (I hope)

At least he garantueed me the current price for my reservation.

We were lucky we got the red and blue Dani-Boxes. They both were the last ones in stock on those colours. The owner of VapeXperience here in The Netherlands said people were waiting in line to get one and he sold the first batch in one day.
