Could i use the same Nicostick Design and use 2 Battery's for a 5 volt mod with a regulator and protected 14250 really like this look over flashlights

madvapes.com has a step by step on its site for exactly that.

Don't pick up the solder on the wrong end like I did right at the beginning!

OK, so a while back I set up a diagram of how I wanted to wire in an LED, assuming a killswitch on the positive lead. The battery boxes I have put the killswitch on the ground instead, so for some reason it's confused the crud out of me since... I have tried to diagram this again, but can't come up with how, so instead, here's a design. Will this work?

Magus, it looks like you have power going to the led before the momentary switch - this would mean the led was getting power anytime the kill switch is on. To operate like the e-cig batteries - have the light come on when you hold the momentary switch - you will need to wire the light on the same side of the momentary switch as your atty. Otherwise, the diagram looks good.

This question is about the old NicoStick... What atomizer did you use on it. The only issue I have understanding is how to connect the atomizer wiring. The old one uses the I think the M coaxial dc connector and the new one has to be fabricated from a 510 battery. Is that correct? and Why is that???

The original NicoStick was made for a 901 with a coaxial type M connector. This one was made for a 510. At the time this thread was started, the only way to get a 510 connector was by dismantling a battery. There is another thread about the coaxial connector as a 901 fitting. It details all the wiring for it and the adjustments I have made.

Done and done...here's what I did. I used the audio jack that I always use, but instead of putting a center connector in, I used an 801-901 adapter and just soldered the positive lead to the center of the adapter...connected it all up...and here's what I got. Works wonderful for a kr808...which I just got my first carto yesterday and I LOVE it!

I whipped it all up yesterday when I got the cartos and realized that with only auto batteries and a joye stick...I could not use it even with an adapter. So I made a mini nicostick to cure the problem! It has full airflow and blows TONS of vapor out! WOOHOO! I'd post a pic of the vapor but I don't have my hair done...I look I've got a fro going on! ;)

EDIT: I feel like explaining this, my hands are tiny...the stick is just THAT tiny...so...yeah, looks horrible! And the soldering is a really bad job because I had it perfect and unbreakable and then found out the switch was broke! It took FOREVER to get the solders loose on the switch. After replacing the switches several times (yes, used parts drawer, lots of old parts got thrown in...I have no idea why)...I finally got annoyed and was only tacking the wires on for testing! I haven't gone in and fixed it yet...I'm too busy with my awesome carto vapor! :)

Once again, thank you nicowolf! :)

this may sound like a stupid question, or one that has been asked before, but why hasnt anyone tried to make one using a KR808D-1 connection instead of a 901?

I thought they were the same as a KR808D fit's a 901

I could be wrong though and maybe someone can correct me

I use KR808D cartomisers on my 901??

They are the same as a 901. I just didn't have any batteries that weren't closed off and blocking airflow...so the cartos wouldn't work at all. So...the only reason I used the audio jack was to mount the 801-901 adapter in a pretty way so I didn't have to putty it in place and block airflow. And the only reason I used the adapter is because it had an air hole in it and I had them for use with all my 801 mods as we just switched over to 901 atties this week! :) I was just fiddling with what I had laying around! :)

OMG! You made an inhaler mod!? I wanna see! Mine looked crappy because all I had on hand was 801s and they are SOOOO long! But I had to do it before somebody else got the idea. Who knows, maybe you WERE first! :) Show me pics please! :)

Awesome, love it. We had almost the exact same idea except for button placement. I used a battery holder from a flashlight and used 3AAAs because that's what I had on hand. I covered mine with a blue medicine bottle (from a light sensitive med I had had at one point). So funny that we had the same idea! :)

Well thanks partner

I am abit of a chewing gum and baling wire sort of person myself So anything to hand will do..

i am working on the switch button to work by pressing down on the canister somehow... I have a tiny Tactile switch..but latter its 12.20 am here

but I am inspired by reading these boards and as long as I have a good vaper going I spend most of my time reading

I wanna see the afro so hurry and do your video lol :):)
