Now that is cute! Very petite, I'm likin' it. I bet you can hold it in your hand and it would just look like you're making a regular fist.

It is used like that yes when I'm vaping it all that sticks out of my hand is the cart, it is also slot more robust than I thought it would be me being a clumbsy oaf it's been dropped a few times and still works.

So the hubs put togehter his mod today. We use KR808 cartomisers- and were hoping to avoid cutting up a battery. We purchased a couple Panel-mount size M Coaxual power jacks on impulse at radio shack for very little other reason then the threads fit. Hubs wired up the mod- the led works but no power is going to the cartomiser (that we can tell, havn't tested on an ohm meter yet) here's a picture of the wiring.

anything obviously out of place or did we choose the wrong part? Will we need to sacrifice a battery (or wait for our order from madvapes to get here)?

Well you first need to check all connections for continuity. A meter is a must. Second dump that odd Primary battery and get the type you always see folks using and Ultra or Trustfife rechargeable Li-ion.

You need to check for volts at the atty connector, then you have to make sure your cartomizer is actually contacting the + terminal.

Did you bridge the bottom and top of the coaxial connection? It looks like your wires are going right to the leads, and I don't believe that will work without first connecting the top to the bottom.

That would be the first thing to check. If you didn't see it in the thread you wouldn't think to do it unless you checked it with a multimeter. I think it's explained in this htread.

Already put in an order for the good batteries, just had to have A battery for testing purposes while we built. Will pass this info on and keep ya'll updated. Thank you SO much!
*Edit: Hey it worked! After looking over a few pictures and posts for what we should be doing it's working. Now soldering everything in place and waiting on a better battery. Can't wait to get my batteries and extra bits from madvapes. Next we build MY mod.

Hi chuckie

I got it from flea-bay #270345216492

they are about £2 each and they ship worldwide for $3+ for 1 and a $1 for any more added to order

measurements are
79 X 40 X 21 mm external 74 x 35 x 17mm internal

You will need to ream out the battery side bottom 1mm + for lid to fit..

The lid just pops on with click tight fit,I just added some earth magnets for extra safety magnet on flea-bay uk cheap as chips $2 for 40

The battery is a bit tight lengthways so I used a 510 atty and pipe cutter to cut it down to expose the center post positive so it connects direct to pos+ batt post. when you screw in the atty it also holds the battery in to a shortened neg- spring,

Also I have 4 sets batteries (all from DX) and 2 are 3mm longer and dont fit,,,??? So measure batts first

The ones that I use for this are 18650 2500mAh 66mm.. int box size L=74 tite

The ones that are to tight are 18650 2400mAh 69mm

I hope this helps

Thanks Art, I've got some DX blue trustfires @2500 mah, using a ruler they appear about 68mm. I'm going to look around for some slightly bigger boxes.
P.S. The 2AA juice box you advised me on last week is up and running,I thank you very much for the advice and I thank Moonman for the idea:)

Nice one Art that looks cool, did it take you long to make?

Hi Cousin

Once I got it in my head especially the juice bottle side of it,which is a must for me... I dont like topping up!!!

I suppose about 2 hrs for the first one using Ind.superglue with activator

The removal of the 1mm plastic to get the battery to fit longways in the box is the worst as you can only remove so much before breaking through to the back.. Not good!!.....suppose I might use 2 x 16340 880mah with reg or try a Ultrafire 3.7V 1800mAh LC 17670

The next one I will keep the same but use epoxy resin on the atty for a permanant job and also fit an led and resistor if there space enough

Heres some pics, 2 with a 6.5 mL bottle of breath spray from CVS the other 2 with the 4 mL bottle i got off Ebay. The 6.5 mL bottle is uglier but much easier to push. I'm still figuring out how many times to push the bottle so I don't flood the atomizer. Any suggestions on the best way to glue the top of the sprayer to the box, mine seems a little loose.
Sorry for the quality of the pictures, first time with this cameraphone

Hi Chuck

Looks okay cant quite see it all though

On the smaller one ..is that the pump bottle from ebay? looks different or you still have the cap on it ??

if so it wont pump properly?

What I do is use a clear plastic. 1. screw shelf bracket.. its about 1" x 1/2 clear round plastic cut to size ..it keeps the pump away from top of box.. as you need at least 3/4" poking out to be able to pump and do a fast change over.. without opening box..

as I keep all my ready made liquids in these 4ml pump bottles...Got 20.30 or so ...

You can always reverse the pump cap cover in picture and glue that directly to the top of white cap,, then drill through both and then glue in place.then slide in the tube prefitting 1st though...

means you can change tubing without dissembling all,,,,
i can always take more pictures next time I make one up
Hope this helps

See the clear cap on the end Reverse this cut to length and superglue on to pump cap ,,,,then drill through both, insert tubing into pump head and to pre-drilled hole in box then just glue the cap to box top I know it's as clear as mud lol!!
