Ordered the nano kit and K-Pico from Cloud 9 last week, looking forward to trying it out. I've also been watching the Erl crowd with interest. But, may wait until the P3 comes out before I invest in another topper.

I don't know why it won't work, but they specifically say the K-Pico won't work with the K-Nano, both of which are made by mod Factory...

Like I said, mine works beautifully with a nano ring from a generic aftermarket set...no clue where or when I got it...hahaha

So, if you get those in, and it DOES work with the K-Nano/Pico set up, please let me know...I'll be highly disappointed!

I had been vaping on the kayfun with the airflow screw completely removed for weeks. I liked the draw, but it seemed like I was a lot more prone to getting dry hits, like I couldn't create enough suction to get the juice in the chamber. So I put the air flow screw back in and that seemed to solve the problem, only now it's a very loud "whistley" draw, which is annoying.

I'll let ya know. Sounds like I'll be using one or the other until I find the right nano ring though.

Springy now..... LOL Here I thought I was coming up with something new and once again you got me. They must last a long time.. Now you'll have me buying them. Do they come in the 18500 size?

I still see the Ti is available. I'm not typing with a blindfold on so I can't look at them. I told my wife about it and she started looking for a rolling pin. What's that all about?

You are not too far away from me to hit you. I can make a call to a few of my friends. Better get some knee pads and say a prayer.:nun:

Welp? Did ya do it, Spinger? ;)

Mine is a nano. That K-Pico does look pretty awesome. The Kayfun just doesn't do it for me. Even with the airflow screw out it's tighter draw than I've come to like. I know what you are thinking. I'm probably the pickiest person who ever lived when it comes to this stuff.

My Kayfun works fine by all definitions. It's just... I quit vaping for about a month and got rid of most of my vape gear a while back. The toppers I had before had me spoiled, and are no longer available in any capacity. The Kayfun is good, just not great, and I'm on the lookout for great.

Ok, I'll bite. :) What were they, ronda?

They were various custom one off atomizers designed by Scubabatdan in the modders forum here that were bought in coops. Scubagen, DSU, etc. The Scubagen was about the biggest PITA to set up properly, but when it was set up right, 12 watts was all you needed to cloud out a room in 30 seconds, and the flavor was amazing. It was HUGE though. I think it held like 10mL in its tank. The DSU was a NICE negative pressure tank atomizer(I think the first of its kind at the time), and it vaped GREAT, although you needed about an extra half volt over what you would normally use. Because of how low the coil sat, it had a cooler vape if you didn't.

And I guess we can't slap our Sabots on our Provis, huh?

That didn't sound good, did it?

Probably too busy playing with your new ProVari.. :D

My mail courier did sign for it... :p It's cool. She's been my courier forever, so if it is something that will fit easily in my mail box she signs for me, just in case I'm not home.

That having been said... It's HERE! Holy crap you guys weren't kidding about the weight... The Provari by itself weighs almost nothing...

Titanium isn't used for atomizers much, because it gets hot quick and holds the heat longer than steel. There are a few here: Titanium mods from Ukraine - Titanium mods from Ukraine

I'm going with an Erlkonigin Nano. It weighs a 1/4th of the weight of a Kayfun Lite, and the media blastingR looks incredibly similar to the Ti, at least in pictures. Even the original Erlkonigin weighs half as much as a Kayfun Lite. Ought to prevent the light Ti being too top heavy that way.

Thank you for the info, @rondasherrill! Several years ago, before Genesis, before RBAs, etc...I bought some beautifully manufactured carto tanks...(several from Kir Fanis)...drawback with cartos is carto taste which is inherent to the best...so beautiful or not, they sit in the drawer...I have arthritis, so can't make or install my own coils in RBAs...DERN it anyway...so, I seem "stuck" with Nautilus and AeroTank...but, you have the same issue I was worrying about...the Ti being "top heavy"...was thinking that adding the Tatroe Wide End Cap defeats the functional design of the Ti...Grrrrr...

Looks like I will have to organize my table next to the "crochet chair" so I can add a "DeskBlox" to accommodate and protect my top heavy Ti....and wait until the designers/modders invent something just for me (and every other arthritic elderly Vaper!)!

Thanks for the info...I googled "titanium tanks"..didn't think to try Ti Mods!

Oh finding a titanium atomizer that's not an RBA will be REALLY hard. I'm pretty much settled on getting an Erlkonigin Nano, since it is supposedly a fourth of the weight of a Kayfun Lite. I don't really know of any tanks that aren't nautilus or protank-esque at the least... Good luck with your search anyway.

I ordered the titanium mini special edition last night around 12:30am EST and it already shipped today.
I think they give a higher priority to people who buy this model. I remember the regular mini i got last time took like 5 days to ship.

ok im excited now except i live on the east coast so i probably wont get it until saturday

Magikhat....glad you were able to order one yesterday. I didn't know if they were sold out yet. I recently purchased my first Provari after wanting one for quite some time. After trying to purchase a couple on craigslist, and all the sellers flaking on me. My friend ordered me a Provari P3 (he has been a Pro Vape distributor for years). Even though I have the P3, I still want a nice 2.5 All the units my friends have, that I have tried are 2.5s. These units first sparked my interest in Pro Vape products. I've been looking to find the perfect special Provari 2.5 that is worthy of standing up next to my P3. I think this is it. I told a friend about the Titanium so he ordered it immediately. I got to check it out in,person. I need it, it's so nice and light. Plus limited production. If I have the extra funds really soon, I going to order it! ;-)
