IDK but I would measure with a syringe. I think for some drops are easier but? I am finding that 0.2-0.3ml for 10ml is working for me. However, KumariHPx I would trade you your flavors for something I have. If you feel you have been misguided by us/me. We are simply having a conversation to facilitate our knowledge of these flavorings.

KumariHPX, this may seem obvious but I have to ask you, are you shaking the bottle well before mixing? I have found the flavoring will seperate from the base with most flavors. I personally shake the crud out of all liquids before and after mixing.
I use syringes like this to measure the concentrated instead of relying on drops. The numbers never wear off and they work great for measuring small amounts

I stink at tastes but know what i like personally so i do my best. TE -RY4 for me personally i taste prominent tobacco first and foremost with faint caramel/vanilla but neither the caramel nor the vanilla i can taste as a singular component but yet i know i can taste the blend of those 2 though and i like this way.
Here is what i posted early and you can see my notes , the vg can mute taste the higher % one uses it and also the kind of nic and vg uses and the device and volts etc one uses makes a difference.
This is reason i like to say for me "personally".
As a note Kumar this tasted good no more than an hour after i mix .
But were all different perhaps you did get a bad batch and i truly hope you find out whats what and can be as happy as i am with what you mix .
The oba oba i used a drop as noted cause it was so minuet and would be difficult for me to measure.

Mine's actually from TPA, just RY4 type, but it's the same as what ECX sells.

TPA makes the double RY4 also which I use at 1 drop per ml and its fantastic. I think in the DIY stickies there is a flavoring's thread which goes over a lot of flavors %. But for me, nothing in that thread was accurate... So, yeah. No i haven't used the TPA RY4. sorry.
Just checked the flavoring thread, the TPA RY4 was not listed in it.

Yes that person was me. And yes .. I had not tasted tobacco since I quit analogs nearly 2 yrs ago, so having gotten the RY4 was out of character for me to even order it. And when I first mixed it I did it at the recommended 2.5-3% and about fell on the floor when I vaped it the first time. So then I remixed it using just 1 drop in 3ml and it was great .. but only great for me since I normally use very little flavoring anyway and also because it was a tobacco and I wasnt use to it. But I never use a lot of flavor .. for instance when I use TPA or any other flavorings that most people use at 15-20%, I only use 4%. So I am not "normal" and no one who is "normal" should follow my lead ..
And I only vape 4mg of nic strength, so yes .. I am a wimp about my flavoring percentages and barely use any nic either. That said, I have developed a huge LOVE for the TE RY4 and have even doubled the amount of flavoring .. I now use 2 drops per 3 ml

I was going to buy the tpa version of ry4. Just never got around to buying. Since the intro of these new flavorings I am happy with the TE version of RY4. However, I might try Dies version of Ry4 with the 1 drop of oba oba. I love oba oba.
This i have Signature(TPA) RY4 but not tried yet, its clear flavor in its bottle.
The flavour art i also have and is clear flavor in its bottle also and i try but not crazy about at this point.
