Don't sweat it Stage! Just keep on doing what you're doing and don't fret over smoking. The negative terms like "relapsing," "backsliding," "falling off the wagon," etc. just do not apply in vaping...there are no such things. With other cessation methods, they are very real because the only way to succeed is cold turkey...NOT SO with vaping.

I went smokefree for over a week and lit up a cigarette without any hesitation or remorse. I'm now past 3 weeks and if I feel like one I'll light one up again without hesitation, because I absolutely know without any doubt that I'm in control. I still have my MB reds and lighter on the patio table out back where I take my morning vape...put my coffee, ejuice, and pv right next to them every morning.

Just stay the course Stage and quit worrying needlessly over having cigarettes. Just have fun and enjoy the ride, and we'll all get there whenever we get there!

I went to a party last night and did put away quite a few coronas. It was the first time I had drank since quitting analogs and was curious as to how it would affect any craving for a real cigarette. Pfft ..... it didn't even cross my mind. I am so done with cigarettes.

I see people smoking and almost feel sorry for them now. If only I could afford to buy every smoker I see an eGo to try out for a while.

It's been 3 weeks without analogs for me. While I waited for my first order to arrive I bought a pack. OF COURSE, after smoking one cigarette, my package arrived. I'd sneak out for a cigarette a few times a day and DID finish the pack in about 4 days, but don't even remember my last analog now. It was just that easy. I haven't looked back. As long as you have some good nicotine-based liquid, you should be OK. Remember, a pack of analogs can buy you an atomizer these days. (Here in NY, they're going up BY $1.60 A PACK soon, too!) That should be some incentive right there.
Good luck to you! Have faith, and keep at it. You won't be sorry!

After a month, I still smoke 5 analogs a day (down from 40). I allow myself to smoke them to get the other components that analogs provide and to prevent going cold turkey along with all the other effects that people talk about. I have discovered that if I am vaping at the correct level, an analog doesn't make me dizzy. You know the feeling where you finally get a break and go out and huff one at the smoking area and get a little dizzy! Using that as a marker, I have discovered the vaping frequency and mg level that works for me.

I take pride in the fact that in the last month I have NOT smoked 1050 analogs! The last few will go away eventually without cravings. Allowing one after a meal, one in the morning, and one at night has helped me keep my sanity and a smile on my face...

Here is a link I have posted where appropriate that talks about the MAOI effect of analogs. -> This is your brain on nicotine

If your not missing any of the other goodies from cigs, like MAOI's... A little will power goes a long way w/ an e-cig-- don't cave because of the crave!
Find a good liquid (try 36mg), get good gear-- & maybe try a high voltage mod.

I say smoke if you feel like it, don't guilt trip it & vape to sustain in between.
Good luck!

Dave...Wow!! That is exactly how I feel! I think everyone who takes up vaping should start with this same frame of mind.

Sure as heck made the journey a lot more enjoyable, right Dave?
