So, yea. I got my tank last week, and I love it.
I'm having a bit of trouble refilling though. My hands are extremely weak (as in, I can't open a plastic water bottle weak) from lymphoma, and it takes all of my strength, then some, then a rest, then another try, and about 5 exhausting minutes before I can slide the tank up the refiller tool. I'm just trying to push the tank up with my thumbs and push down on the refiller tool thing with my other fingers. Is there an easier way?

Try putting the refilling drip tip in, then holding the bottom cap put it under the edge of a table or something else that will not easily lift and let that back up the refilling drip tip.

The other thing that I find helps in getting it moving is to put the top of the refilling tip in the palm of my hand and draw in the tank by pulling the bottom cap. This is a grasping motion and may be easier for you as you have more fingers on the bottom cap and they are all pulling in.

If those dont work for you let me know. I will come up with something.

Oh yeah, also wanted to mention. Its getting it started that is tough so give it a good shot right off. Once it is moving the eLiquid will help keep it lubed until it is back in place and it sets up again.

Sorry to about the problems, again, let me know because we will come up with something to make this easy for you.

Hi Sam, we have the IBTpro 22 for the Provari and the IBTsid 22 for the SiD. I have also been told the IBTpro 22 works on the Seigli Zmax.

Hopefully next month we will have the IBTpro 22 in our anodized colors too. These rings can be found under Tools->Accessories on the site.

No plans for a fill hole. I know there are some who want or at least think they want this and for some I suppose it works out but the additional cost and one more place for a air leak concern leaves us sitting on the fence as to how useful they are. Then there is aesthetics and honestly I dont like the looks of a thumbscrew either on the cap or side of a tank.

Add all that up and toss in that each new part we add can cost us tens of thousands of dollars because of the large commitment we make on production numbers. I have drawn up some parts that dont use a thumbscrew and look nice but the cost difference is so high it would put our tanks into a different level of pricing and we are very happy to be able to offer the value in our products that we have now.

This is certainly not to say we close any doors, who knows what the future may hold.

I got my first IBTanked today and I decided to fiddle my thingy. It makes so much sense! I was still shocked at how well it works. It's just outstanding. The product, overall, is perfect in every way. Surely there are different preferences, but I can't imagine there is a better carto tank out there. I thought it was a little odd that some folks have several of these but now I get it. I'm ordering another one ASAP!

Also I did not realize that my cartos are actually 36mm since I've been using a Zen2 and they extend way over the carto (I strongly prefer the IBT's design though). I'm interested in an IBTipsy as it looks like there's a recess for a flush fit. Any chance y'all have a stainless one in the works?

Another fiddler joins the fold ;) As far as multiple tanks, I believe single tank owners are probably a very small minority of our customers and I have said it before but we always get a laugh when we ship a tank and three or four days later that customer is back. I believe that most think you just cant get top quality for a lower price.

We spell it 'value' and it is something that you dont always find in this business or any other but when you do it is easy to appreciate.

No on the SS IBTipsys at least for the foreseeable future. We do have the Clear which look pretty good with our SS caps.

As a past addict of the IBTanked, today I ordered tanks number 5 and 6! There just isn't another tank like an IBTanked! Thanks OCD and family! Please don't change a thing, they are awesome just the way they are!

Add another fiddler to your ranks! I purchased 2 - 22mm standard tanks (orange & red) with the Rook drip tips to match. All I can say is AWESOME! First tank I loaded the carto the standard way (flick) and the 2nd one I fiddled. I'll just fiddle from now on LOL.

I have no clue how any of your customers could only purchase one. I've got at least 4 more tanks I'll be purchasing over the next 2 to 3 weeks. I'm just waiting for the wife to look the other way :p . In all honesty, the wife (not a vapor & shes and ex-smoker) likes the tanks. I'm getting her into vaping (no nic) and if I can have my way, she'll have many of your tanks as well.

I do have one question - How popular is your XL versus your standard tank length? I've got 4 Smok U-DTC tanks, and they are XL. I may just purchase some glass for the longer length to sorta split between purchasing XL and standard cartos.

I use the 19mm XL on my mini Provari, and I love the way they look. I only have four though, and I desperately need more! The drip tips are my favorite of all time, because of the way they fit over the carto. I have some unflanged cartos, and these drip tips don't push the carto through accidentally unlike regular drip tips.

The XL length seem to be more popular for those using the 19mm because the Standard length has a fairly small capacity with those. Some folks who like a lot of liquid in the tank go for the XL 22s simply for more time between refilling.

One nice thing is you can switch the caps from one tube to another so finding the right length isnt a costly affair.

Haha! You can say this ^^^again! I am very fortunate to have two wonderful friends who each GAVE me one of your tanks because I refused to even try carto/tanks and they just insisted that I do so. You have another customer!
What can I say? "Thingys" are awesome!! Thank you so very much for what you do :)

I got my two 22 tanks the other day and anxious to get a couple 19's as well...

I have been using boge 'slotted' cartos and find fiddling with those can be a lil tricky. It just seems to send to much juice down for me and not saturating to top of the filler. Instead sending to much juice out the bottom of tge carto. Just wo.der if others are experiencing this too? If so, have ya found a trick you might be willing to share? Appreciate it ;)
