Hi, OCD! I'm in love with my new tank. I got the 22 thinking of a future device (a Provari will be mine soon-ish) but I'm really thrilled with how it looks on my MVP. I got the XL due to the carto availability at the time I ordered. Next time I think I'll try a standard...and maybe a halfling too. Oh dear, my poor clearo collection is going to be so neglected!

I ordered my first IBtank two days ago. I'm waiting on a Pink Swirl 22XL! I've been using clearos and Protanks for a couple of years now, but I'm very excited to try an IBTank. How long should I expect to wait before it ships?
Rain, also remember that you can change up the caps of any diameter with different length tubes. We purposely set up our pricing to make sure the tubes were the low cost portion of the cost of a tank because the caps will last forever but if you need or want to replace a tube we felt it should be as economical as possible.
Jingles, if it was a Metallic Pink Swirl The Mrs just told me it is going out tomorrow. The color option can add up to a week delay in the shipping though usually she is just a day or two out. We used to say 3 days but sometimes life gets busy so we changed it to a week to make sure we dont get folks expecting something and not being able to provide it.

Hi Brook, I slide the cartomizer about 3/4 of the way out then use the leverage of it to slightly rock the bottom cap back and forth a little and it will pop right out. Then remove the cartomizer from that cap and put it back up into the tube against the bottom of the top cap and use it to push one side then the other of the top cap. They pop out pretty easily this way.

Just seeing what size tank you got to go with that SVD. I just purchased one and will undoubtedly need to go up a size from my 19mm for it to look flush.
My first IBTanked arrived today! I got it set up and it's vaping great! I followed the directions and fiddled with my thingy and no problems so far. The Pink Metallic swirl looks great on my purple SID! At first I thought the flavor was a little muted, but it seems to be coming around. I have a feeling I'll be ordering again!
OCD, do you guys sell the ibtipsy rings? I couldnt find them when I made my order and put a note in there to charge me and put a few in if you had any, but I was charged the same amount and didnt get a response?
Jemo, dont know what you mean. If you are talking about the beauty rings for the Provari, SiD or eGo batteries then yes. Look under Accessories->Tools and Vanity
The black ring that fits onto the tip (bottom) that seals the carto and tip. I just wanted to make sure I had more in case something happened. I ruined another one (not yours) so just wanted to have two just in case. I would have just re ordered another ibtipsy but you were out of stock.
edit: I remember now I gashed the ring on my protanks drip tip thats what it was. I don't use it anymore, but didn't want it to happen again. Just wanted to be prepared.

Ok, hopefully the Miss understood, not a big deal though. I'll be ordering from you again soon. 
I think I can answer this one. There is a code number for bold swirl and color/s of your choice. It's number 22. Just click this one and type in your color choice. I think that should do the trick. I did that with a shiny penny bold swirl, which wasn't one of the listed swirls.

Yup Ed, you nailed it. Any of the solid colors can be selected and you can choose the color(s) you want.
