I haven't heard anything on getting the o rings shipped out yet...you guys busy?
Very busy BA, they should have went out today but it got past the Offspring. They will certainly go out tomorrow though. I will make sure myself that it is packed before we are done for the night.

Morning OCD!!!!!!!!!!! My newest tank came in yesterday from you all. I never dreamed that the "Shiney Penny tank with the SS Shiney Penny caps and gold drip tip would look that beautiful. Last count for IBTanks for my is 6. 5 19mm and 1 25mm. Thanks for the tanks. You all are fantastic. BTW it showed up the same day my new Black Satin Provari did. The black and penny color is gonna be so beautiful. Can't wait to get it filled with juice. Hopefully tonight or at least this weekend all will be in harmoney.
I just ordered my first tank from y'all and cant wait to get it. It shipped right away and I look forward to playing with the thingy. 
Yes BA, success is a double edged sword. The main thing we want to do is make sure all of our customers are as happy with their purchase and feel like they got a great value, their will certainly be hiccups along the way as we adjust the growth but we will always do whatever we can to make sure every order ends to the customers satisfaction.
Dsy, yes there is tracking but currently we dont have a system for getting that to the customer on every purchase. If anything is more than 2 days domestic you can always shoot the girls a note through the contact form and they will look it up and send it to you. We are working on this though and is one thing we certainly want to provide in the future.
Tnt, that is one of the things I like best about IBTanked. I hear it all the time and see it with customers who will order one tank then come back and get three more. They are simply affordable. This was my primary motivation in making my own tanks in the beginning.

These are now available under the common sizes listed as AGA-T Tube.
Nuuze, I do not know sizes for those devices but we do have an assortment of sizes that can be custom ordered. If I know of a particular size I do not have I can see about finding a match. I am currently working with a group here on ECF to provide tubes for the Orion which is a 20mm x 2mm Tube that I have not been able to source in borosilicate glass but have found in Quartz.
These are now available under the common sizes listed as AGA-T Tube.

Hey thanks, I doubted myself when I sent you the specs on the first order!
Well, I received my glass today and the custom cut tube of 20mm x 2.5mm x 23mm (for the AGA-T) is not correct. It measures 19mm x 2.5mm x 24.5mm and is beveled. As you know, we cannot use beveled in this particular RBA. I gave it a quick try, but the glass sits inside the o-rings and touches the metal - no good. I think I may have been sent someone else's by mistake. I sent a note in the contact form a few minues ago to inquire how to get it replaced. I know that crap can happen, especially when you're pretty busy - not a biggie.

Ocd- about to order a couple aga t tanks from u. I want to try out a color one this time.. Question.. Is the idustrial silver see thru?? Can i see juice level? And can i pick that color for the tube??? Also which blue is a darker blue? Saphire or royal? Thanks in advance...
Oops, also is industrial silver kinda a blue tint to it? I ask because im getting a mvp mod and the color is titanium blue, kinda a blueish greyish.. Thought id match up good

OCD, upon further inspection it appears that I was sent 2 DUD RA tanks, one in a bigger thingy without the o-rings instead of the custom cut one...
