I just wonder with all the talk about Adolescent e-Cigarette use in the Media and the Backlash/Firestorm that it has Created, if some might find Images of what Appears to be an Adolescent Girl on a Bottle of e-liquid somewhat Questionable?

It takes a really dirty mind to find stuff like this questionable. Antz like.

I Don't see it that Way.

That New G2 Label that was Posted yesterday Looked Fine.

And there was Nothing there that could give a Person/Group the Wrong Impression.
To us no...to somebody trying to demonize us they will grasp at anything they can regardless of the lack of anything substantial or reasonable...sad part is that there are a lot of sheep out there that will take it at face value and run with it...I personally don't give a damn what the labels look like...it's all meant to catch your eye and that's it...people running a smear campaign just want to find something wrong with something and they will even if it's complete bull....

Sooooo, double stuffed pepperoni, sausage, bell peppers and ONJIONS...extra crispy....thoughts?

I'm Down with That.

Got a New Chair to Try Out. What better way to do it than with a Bog Slice of Pizza in One hand. And an Iced Tea in the Other.

The kid who is debating whether to start smoking or vaping will be pushed over the edge towards vaping, if enticed by an adolescent girl and zombie on the bottle of e-liquid. It doesn't matter what the public or people who make laws and regulations think of such things...

If you go looking for issues, you'll surely find them, problem is they'll only really be an issue in your own mind. Unless of course there is some verifiable scientific data that says animated depictions of teens wielding chainsaws leads teens who would otherwise not vape into vaping...

Iced Tea. Zoid cares of The Children. He must set a good example.

Yeah... All people who like Iced Tea do it for the Children.

LOL

BTW - You let your Kids Drink Beer with Pizza, Right?

Do you think Currently Illegal Drugs should be Sold to Children?

Other People's Children that is?

How about Alcohol? Or Porn?

I think that it's not my business to interfere with other people's children.

So if Someone suggested that we Sell Drugs to Kids. Or let them Buy Alcohol. Or Porn. Or just About Anything they want, you don't have a Problem with that.

OK.

Nope no problem. It's their parents problem not mine. And since I don't like others to interfere with my problems, I return the favor.

Not to stir the pot, but I remember what got me smoking back when I was seventeen. It wasn't peer pressure, like a bunch of my friends leering around me telling me to try one, it'll make you look cool and popular. Peer pressure by that age was over with. It was just... all of my friends at the time smoked. So I smoked one, two, three, then I bought my first real pack, and then that was that. There was never any discussion of labels, of cartoon characters, or even pretty girls on the box. No one made it sexy, cute, or seductive. There was zero discussion of marketing. Smokes were smokes.

Times change, but do they really? I think this "cute label gives ANTZ ammunition" is silly and we're attributing way too much to the other side. We've always been in a battle. Sometimes it's been more high pitched than other times, but honestly, when we can get to 23 pages of debating over whether or not a cookie gives ANTZ ammunition to destroy vaping as we know it... well, I think we're taking ourselves a bit too seriously.

We can make this as dramatic as possible. Rattle our sabers as much as the ANTZ. But in the end... Good lord, people. It's a gotdamn cookie.

Does the General Public, or Senators who will Vote on the FDA Regulations, need "Scientific Data" to form an Opinion about e-Liquid Marketing?

I think if you showed Little Mis Chainsaw to 10 Adults, that 9 of them would say that She looks like she is an Adolescent.

How can this Not be used Against Us in a FDA Deeming Approval Hearing?

Again, it comes down to either accepting their lies about marketing to children and trying to anticipate what we think they might have a problem with and trying to convince everyone that we'll be better off if we go along with it, OR point out that it's ridiculous and that yes, lawmakers should be relying on scientific data when enacting legislation concerning public health. The FDA is supposed to craft the regs based on scientific reasoning.

I'll be Honest with you.

At This Point, with Deeming right around the corner, it really Doesn't Matter what I think. Or What You Think, Or what the General Public Thinks. Or the ANTZ. Or CASAA. Or... Anyone.

About the Only People that Matter are the People Asking the Question in Video. And their Colleges.
