Could you give some specs on your set up? Size of the mesh, what gauge wire, total length of wire/number coils, the final resistance of the coil, what voltage you're typically using it at etc.

Gladly. im using #400 mesh, 32AWG Kanthal, 6 wraps (i dont know the exact length), final resistance was bouncing between 1.9 and 2.0. once i had a few vapes the coil settled in at 1.8. i had been vaping it at 3.8v (until i popped the coil this AM, but thats a separate issue i believe).
