Greetings!

I've done a lot of online research and can't seem to find a definitive answer. Has anyone experienced mod problems with the following brands? Kanger, joyetech, Heatvape, Clouper, P4U, Kooper?

The reason why I'm asking is that I'm asking is that I'd hate to plunk down a significant chunk of change on a mod that will die on me shortly after the warranty runs out. (Always seems to have been my luck )

I thought of the Provari P3 and read of the outstanding durability. But the pricetag! I can buy the P3, but then I'd have no money left for juices and other things, such as gas, food, etc. LOL

Don't think you will find a definitive answer on that subject.. If only because your definition of duarable may be different than the next persons. Which is more durable the $150 mod that lasts 5 years or the $30 dollar one that dies in a year. For a less affluent person, the $30 mod might be the better choice, even if they don't get that full year. just have to determine which is more valuable durability or food and gas.

True, very true. There are several websites that offer a good warranty on the products they sell. I was surprised to find that Fasttech has a 6 month warranty.

What else besides durability is important?
Cuz, for instance, if you're vaping a clearomizer or cartotank at 10 watts, you can get a provari for under $100, and it'll last forever. But it's a no-go for subohm.
Innokin and Kanger are the two biggest brands in your list - for a reason. Their products are good, and they keep launching new ones. I'd say Innokin's had more "hits" with mods, while Kanger's sold more tanks.

You'll be hard pressed to find a more durable mod than a Provari. The vast majority of the original Provari's five years old are still in use. Even if they break, Provape will make repairs at reasonable cost when out of warranty. (One year warranty at purchase) Provari 2.5 are only $100.

Why Provari?

I've never had a mod go bad.

A partial list of things I don't drop would include my grand children, open cans of soda, my cell phone and my mod.

Other then that my modz get no care. I work in a large industrial plant and my mod just gets slammed around in my jacket pocket.

My first iStick is still in service. My under 20 dollar Kbox's are still in service. My knockoff clone no name poopy modz are still in service.

That said I'd prolly put most Innokin modz near the top. All modz handle use well. I think Innokin would handle abuse well.

If you want Provari and know that 15w (100$) or 20w (200$) will always be enough get approved for the classified ads here. People are selling them off cheap everyday here. No reason to pay retail with all the like new ones being sold. I paid less for my Provari here then an iStick 50w. And I would get more use out of the iStick. But you may be different.
