Brian sent me a PDF version that is a much smaller file. I substituted it. I just tried the Digg and it is opening the older version of the file.

If you open it directly from the CASAA site, it is opening the right file, but the CASAA site has renamed the file to add (2) to the end. I deleted the whole document and reentered it, and now the file has a (3) at the end. The Digg is looking for and loading the first document.

I sent Webby an email asking him to rename one of the smaller versions of the file to the name Digg accesses: File name should be E-Cigarettes_Petition.pdf

It finally came up for me. Took about 3 minutes. So, people have to be patient!

Maybe delete your Digg and redigg the new file? Only 4 people have Dugg it so far.

Let's see if Webby implements my request to change the file name. I don't see any way to edit or delete a Digg.
