hello Vape Nation
Greetings from Africa Sudan, I am relatively new to the vaping world, I started my Vape journey one Year ago when my friend give me a Kyln M RTA Tank with a couple of bottles of E juice and I absolutely loved it, so I gradually start quit smoking and I now become solely Vaper and I will never go back to smoking again,
in my country, we do not have access to Vape products, e-Liquid, and wicking materials, that is why I started buying a lot of Vape supplies across the seas which it becomes increasingly difficult due to the international laws and restrictions imposed on the vape products
so far I stocked around 50 bottles of e juice around and 10 Tanks (sub-ohm, RTA, and MTL ) plus two pods systems, and a lot of wires and cotton, when selecting these items I read many online reviews before I commit to any product
I am a DTL vapor so most of my juice selection is around 70 % VG and I love the clouds that I am getting and the dense flavor as well, but the annoying issue that I am facing in all my Tanks is that I get a lot of E-Juice in my Mouth via air chemmeny which is ruined my vaping experience, I tried several Sub Ohm tanks (Geek Vape Zeus Z, Free Max Pro 2, Kylin V2 RTA, Zeus x RTA, Unwell Crown 5 ) tried to search online for a solution without any success , tried several recommendation but I always end up with sweet Ejuice in my mouth and my final conclusion there something wrong with the Ejuices that I am using, so now I am switching to MTL vaping with Ares V MTL and Voopoo Vinci X2 Pod kit, my second question is that which Ejuce liquid composition is suited for these devices (Ares v2 MTL and Voopoo Vinci X2 with pnp R1 coils ) my Ejuice stock is several bottles of Black note tobacco series (50% VG) and 25 % Salt Nic and I am wondering if it will work with the above setup kindly note that I do not like strong throat hit and preferred smooth vape

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Your wick is flooding because the juice is not being vaporized fast enough. One solution would be to increase the wattage. This would ally to all tanks, rebuildable or not.

Another solution, if it is a rebuildable, try to use slightly more cotton in the coil. But if it's a factory coil head, then you'll have to increase the wattage as you may be vaping too low a wattage for that specific coil head in relation to your juice.

You also may be hitting your vape too hard. If you don't think that is the problem then try opening the airflow little by little to see if that works to make the problem go away.

I agree with unclejunkle it seems that u puff your vape very hard or use very tight airflow at the same time because ok lets say that rtas maybe need to build them better and add more cotton but the other tanks with disposable coils??? I mean how can it be with so many tanks u have juice on the driptip and the juices u use 70vg for direct lunt is fine...

Also the black note juice 50vg u mention ofc its considered ideal for mouth to lung even tho nowdays 70vg is maybe more common even for mouth to lung....the nicotine percentage depends on what satisfy your nic withdrawal...
If we talk about rtas its up to you how u gonna build the cotton anyway can use any juice pretty much

Ofc i from my experience depends also the climate....for example when its summer hot days i have seen even some unleakable vape coils have a small leaks from airflow or cause flooding in the coil and spitback....high temperatures can cause trouble but thats on summer heatwaves...
Or when i build my rtas in summer and winter its totally different the cotton i will put...

I have one rta btw that no matter what i used to get juice in mouth after a while and what i did is that i stop using the included driptip and started using another i have that was just 1mm wider than the chimney and i had no problems since...but that was just one rta...

The heat may be decreasing the viscosity of your 70/30 juice, thus making it easier to drip through your coil into your chimney while it's sitting. A quick fix to gurgling/spitback is to simply tip your vape upside down for 10-15 seconds and gently shake it up and down. Wipe the drip tip off, and you should be fine until you run into the issue again.

If the spitback/gurgling is happening while you're vaping, then you'll need to up the Wattage setting a bit so that you're vaporizing the juice correctly. A lower Wattage setting will "boil" the juice instead of vaporizing it, which is going to pop and spit up into your mouth.

from what I read here probably it is the heat thining out my liquids because in my country the temperature at day time is around 104 Fahrenheit even in winter it is quite hot, so if there is any workaround to this issue please let me know,

It could be also in combination with you vaping it very hard maybe except if u dont...i mean it would help if u have airflow open fully in direct lung or vape inhale more chilled...
Dont know if u do just saying ofc in case...
In mouth to lung atomizers umif u like tight airflow then i guess u wouldnt like to vape airy mouth to lung...

I have tried in the past in summer hot days and vape full vg juice and to be specific it was like 90% or 95% vg juice and cant say it was much different cause the heat made it thin also...

Either way for sure high temperatures affect the problem u got but i think u should be open minded and check for every other reason that may make it worst...i mean dont be sure its only the heat the problem..

I wonder if u ever have problems with leakage from the botton airflows also
