I have done it in past leo. I uploaded a video of the machining store before one year. And I would like to show you how a part is made but machines are closed when they work so you cant really see the exact procedure
Nice to know about the process and machines Imeo.

I would like some videos of the complete cycle of live of one product. Like on Discovery Channel or similar.
I know that now is not the best moment to do that, a lot of new projects. But I a nearly future... Or with some help...

Think about it ;-)

guys, you are exactly right.

I have to support about 10 constructions. Every construction has about 25 -30 parts. That is about 250 -300 parts. Also I have to make a lot of pieces to support so many customers.

Now think of a modder that makes 1 construction that has 5-6 parts. Even with 1 machine and even if its not a modern CNC, he will still be quicker than me. Take provari for example. It has more than 6 pieces? Seven? Eight? And they dont make anything else if I am not wrong. They will be much quicker than me even with one machine

Thx Ariel for post this video again :)
There is one thing the video don't transfer to those that was not in such environment : the smell!
Smell of raw metals oil of machine and cooling liquids, there is a unique smell to such places,
It's like a bakery for metal parts lol.

And there is satisfaction in the making of the product ! You create something and it's very unique feeling.

This days machine work faster and need a lot of cooling liquids, but 35 or 40 years ago many of the machine tools were
Lathe with you moving the knife by Manuel wheels and the raw rotate on fix place.
Then we would need to take it to other machine for drilling and other machine for flat surface work,
This machines have multitasking capabilities and there for each cost a lot of money they are very expensively
Well done Imeo supervising this and design and posting here with us you are like multitasking man with
Extraordinary capabilities.
it's very nice to see this.

Buddy the Provari has exactly 3 CNC machined pieces to every mod. The top 510 cap, the tube and the end battery cap. Those are the only CNC'd pieces on each Provari. Very few other moders who produce high end mods have large productions, in fact I can't think of one that comes close to making as much stuff you do.
When Zen came up with the ZNA which was in heavy demand and had many individual pieces all machined from CNC's there were massive delays and in fact it's still the case almost 5-6 months later. Still constantly out of stock and still he's only capable of producing only a few pieces every week.
I know you guys want more availability of parts but when you compare GG's to other high end mod availability it suddenly becomes apparent that we have probably the best production and availability than any other out there.
To make high quality complex mods sadly takes time friends

Not to mention there is only 1 part that is average user replaceable being the battery cap. So there is really no reason for people to buy spare parts.

And that's what I like about the GG company. User Friendly. If something on a non-GG mod breaks, then it's most likely going to the trash, or it could be sent back to company and maybe they will fix it if it's under warranty. But that means you have to wait longer. If a part is not right on GG then you can most likely buy spare part and fix it yourself. User Friendly....Oh I said that already...it's in my signature.

Thank you my good friend Its:)
The cost is very high for one more reason. The samples. I pay 500 euros for every sample and I dont make only one sample when I start making a new construction.

Thank you for the info Steve:)
The good thing is that I buy new machines very often. I dont stay on what I have because we have to move forward always. I started with 5 and now I have 10 of them. Every machine costs at about 100.000 - 150.000 euros. As you understand, I dont really have any money to any bank account because what I earn is going back to the business. I dont say that I am above money but if you want money then you have to give money.

Thank you Sad. My main concerns when I start making a GG device are below. This is also a priority list

user friendly (easy to assemble-disassemble, cleaning, simple etc)
the less pieces I can use on it
beautiful
straight lines without cuts, gaps, visible holes etc

And that's what I like about the GG company. User Friendly. I just tested 2 times. I'm lack elements to make a serious opinion.
But I don't like it.

Its only an example about hand made company and... the others.

;-)

I'm not a Provari fan (I think the thing is so ugly it hurts your eyes) but... It has a very well proven track record as being extremely reliable. This is not a small plus for a regulated mod.
