I am really sorry to hear that Uno. I made as many items as I could but they were not enough for one more time. Anyway, I will start making items again after August holidays. I know that the time is huge but we always have this problem on August

BUT I managed to make my biggest (by far) order yet and got almost everything I wanted!
Drain my vape budget for next 6 months doing so.

By the sound of it - it was certainly very dangerous to try and buy lots of different parts in a single purchase. As if someone goes to the checkout before you have finished your shopping list, they can dip an item that you might both have in your basket at the same time - but they get it, as they've checked out first.
This thought was in my mind when I picked my 2 urgent items and checked out chop-chop...
Other than "pre-order", what about "pre-reserve"?
Worth a thought?

Thanks for the massive parts run Imeo. I got all the pieces I needed to finish up another V2. Picked up some wick and some titanium wires. Had a fight with myself over whether I'd buy a V3 or not. In the cart("I want it"), out of the cart("you don't need it"), in the cart("But I WANT it"), out of the cart("But you don't NEED it").

Imeo i think the issue here is that for the first time the store didn't update everything at the same time this caused issues. Of course if item in basket reserves the item it will also be better.

All shopping carts work this way. Otherwise, someone can come in and put everything in the cart first and take their time taking items out of cart. Until you pay and get the confirmation mail, nothing is certain.

Most of high traffic sites (aka F5 war zone) do shutdown a few hours prior to opening and seems to work. I didn't think ESG was intended to be one those sites but if there will be more of these "mega" releases with short supply parts, maybe that's an option.

Imeo will make more parts. ESG will do better with these large releases. And at the end, we will all have GG we want.
