Maybe I have an idea for you to make it easier for you and customers.


Split this big preorder into 2 parts.
One preorder for mod parts, one preorder for atomizer parts.
This way it is manageable for you and your resellers.


First big preorder - September - mod parts
All GGTS, JGG, Stealth, GGTB parts available for preorder for 2 weeks.
This way you do not make extra stock, only what you need.


Second big preorder - December - Atomizers
All iatty, Ody, Penelope, Ithaka, UFS parts available for preorder for 2 weeks.
This way you do not make extra stock, only what you need.


Easier for you.
Easier for resellers.
Easier for customers.

not bad idea cop. But I prefer to make at least one atomizer and one mod because it would be nice for all of you to have the opportunity for a GG combo.

But sp[ares is a priority for all of you as I saw, so I will start making spares and Ithaka-justGG for now. Also that way we will have Stealth available

For me and I guess for even all customers which have already just only one GG-Device in their hand for vaping, 5 months waiting is no problem at all.
This group of people don't care much about 5 month or even longer as long they get everything they need and want without F5-war
and of course are more than happy that they get finally again a chance for buying a GG-device what is officially already "out of production".
But customers which like to by their first GG might have a problem with preorder and 5 month waiting.

I guess this is also the point and the idea behind the decision for the full devices?
Really not easy for you imeo keeping your promise for all this time.
But don't worry, as far as I'm concerned, you have met it so many times,
that you can no longer manage to disappoint me so often use up your Disappointment voucher account.

I will make almost all missing parts for GG constructions cop.

I had a discussion with vasillis and he thinks that its better to run a preorder for full devices only and when they will be ready to send to all of you, spares will be availlable too for direct order.

Also, I talked to machine shop and he told me that if we want to make all GG constructions, we need at least 5 months. The amount of time is very big, so it would be better to make only 4 devices for now, that is GGTS-JustGG-Stealth-Ithaka. That way we can have the devices ready in about 1,5 -2 months

of course you are all right about the preorders but i dont think that Imeos MAchine shop can manage to make all spares for all devices faster then 6 months.
And when i say 6 months i am sure it will be longer.
I know it because it is a very huge amount of parts.
Are you ok with this? are you willing to pay for your order and revceive the order after 6 months ?
I am asking because i try to think like a customer and in my mind it is not ok.
Imeo want to make you all happy and this is perfect and of corse me too, but we have to think about reality and reality says you have to wait over 6 months.

It is your choice and of course Imeos choice, for me as a seller it is not a problem to make a preorder list with over 440 items and let you order.
But i am 99.9 % sure the result will be a disaster !!!
And i will give you a simple example, someone make a preorder for some parts and after 2 or 3 months he change his mind about this part do you know what happens?
1) He will contact the seller tell him about it
2) The seller have to make changes in his order
3) Seller have to make new bill for the customer
4) seller have to to send or receive money of the changed order
5) Seller have to inform the customer about all changes
6) seller have to change his stock
7) seller have to change the order to Imeo
And finaly, seller have to take magic mushrooms

Guys this will happens not with 5-10 customers, this will happens with the most customers and believe me this is very very hard.
But like i said before if Imeo want it like so and all of you agree with this, of course i will do it.

Vassilis in the preorder you will have the money in advance, and you can say in the preorder we can't not make changes after paying. The time is not important for me 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 months is not important. The most important for me is can finish my items.

How about sellers open spares preorder by device, say just Gg and ithaka, A huge list doesn't need to be made for this.
the customer just goes to the current site clicks on Ithaka accessories and orders the parts he needs, the seller allows the ordered parts to cart even though stock is zero and the customer checks out and pays, at the end of the 30 days the seller places the order and 60 days later the customer receives the parts.
I think you'd be surprised at how many parts you don't have to build because the seller would know exactly what he needs at the end of the 30 days.
I currently need ad-pin for ithaka new
Rebuildable part, it's just been my luck every time I check the site there out of stock.
I will say this with patience comes excellence that's why I choose GG absolutely the very best on the planet. I'll be waiting.

Thank you for your nice words and for the solution you offered Mdd. This was a thought that crossed my mind. But that way only Ithaka-justGG people will be happy. But as I see it now, its the only solution.
I asked my sellers to send me a list of missing items and I will try to make most of them. But your solution seems even better because some parts may not need to be made, so we will earn time like this.
Anyway, I will make 3 constructions with their spares too. JustGG,Ithaka, Stealth. After that, I will start making another 3 devices and that goes on. I will also make small parts that get lost easily like AD pins for penny v2-v3, plastics etc

Which is why I agree that only doing this for some devices is a good thing. And honestly while I would love to buy a GGT and a Copper GGTS and and aluminum GGTB I think there has to be some limitations.

Personally what I think would be a good idea is if slowly Imeo makes backup parts for no longer in production things. These would not be kept in stock on the website but only used as Warrenty or replacements for broken or lost parts. People would have to write to request these parts as a replacement for a broken or defective part and would have to provide proof of the damage ect. This would cover the warrenty side.

Additionally IMHO Ithaka, Penelope, JGG, Esterigon, Tilemahos, and Proteus along with VIR when released would be considered as in production units. Also maybe iAtty. These would be the items that would have A) a certain amount of hidden stock to be used as warranty or replacement parts and B) have a rotating parts production meaning this month maybe JGG (and stealth) and Ithaka would be made. Next cycle would be Penelope/Proteus or something like this.
Additionally optimally if possible a certain amount of the shop could be dedicated to making the latest and greatest IE at this time Esterigon and Tilemahos.

I think it would also be cool to be able to order Esterigon in whichever battery configuration you wanted. That way people that have no desire to use any specific battery size could order it with the tube they wanted and not have to spend extra.

This is all just me thinking out loud and probably isn't possible. Heck in a perfect world Imeo would have a shop 10 times it's size and be able to make everything he and his customers want lol

your ideas are great fright. And I have made in past some items just for warranty but always they were sold because my sellers were asking for them. Anyway,I will try to do my best. I hope that I did the same in past and only a few people still dont have what they need.

I forgot to tell you that I bought 1 more cnc machine. Very expensive but it can do anything and quicker !
