You all should check out eBay on the prices of ecigs. For instance, a seller genielamp505 is totally ripping off consumers by trying to pass off Rivas as eGos. I gave the seller my 2 cents over it. Here is his listing.

I just did a search for "electronic cigarettes" on Ebay and it pulled up a bunch. Does Ebay not allow vendors to sell there?

If you check his other listings they are all for the same in diff categories. On one he even states its an ego in the Q and A. I have reported him as well. Wish there was a way to post a link on the listings to ecf so the buyers can get a little educated before making a purchase.

Oh. OK, thanks. I thought I saw 2 other listings for Ego. One for an Ego-T listed for $65 and another Ego listed for $49 including shipping. But thanks for letting me know about Ebay not allowing it.

Would it be OK to post listings on eBay that include equipment only, no juices, if the wording is such that recommends them for nicotine free juices?
I think you may be able to get away with equipment only, but as has been stated before pay pal has taken a firm stance on not allowing any mention of any ecig (parts or otherwise). Some of the posts I have watched do get a few days, even a week when they add a disclaimer that it is not a tobacco product, but eventually they get taken down as well.

No, I'm a seller on eBay and questioned it with a rep. They said they would not allow anything ecig related unless it was a coupon that directed you to an independant website. I hope this guy gets canned. I emailed him and asked about it being a Riva. He said that it was an eGo and he was enjoying one..Puff Puff. I replied and told him that I was enjoying my Buzz's (all 4) and my ProVari...PUFF PUFF! I still haven't heard back yet...LOL. I hope eBay cans him. I could understand a little markup like $10 but not 70 percent. I also informed the guy that liberty flighs sells them for alot less. I honestly don't think he like my replies to his.
Oh did you read the top of his listing in the description? "A stop smoking device"...this kind of crud is what the FDA wants to see to help their "cause."

No they don't allow anything...not atty's, carts, batteries, cartomizers.....only cases but not PCC's.
