Seriously though, the whole bashing outside venders thing on the ECTA Facebook page is extremely unprofessional, and a waste of their social networking. They should be using it to inform, and should welcome outside discussion. It makes them look like children, and it's quite disappointing because I do see the value of having an association like them around. Ridiculous drama.

This bashing does seem to flow both ways, unfortunately. I am shutting this thread down before it deteriorates into something where harsher action will be required.

Have you guys ever considered getting a consumer association together, like CASAA and ECCA UK?

It all helps.
