You're welcome newsunshine :)

Apparently, the bug accures only at 6W setting and not at others values ( I hope, to be confirmed ), so in that case, if the buyer is informed about the bug, he must just avoid this value.

I can't test myself, my EGo APV is on the way to my home at this time.

We just asked a customer to test his APV on 6w and see whether the same problem happens. he tested it and told me that no.

so i am a bit confused.

could you check it when you get it? :)

Soooo....how about the ones who purchased the early ones with the crappy spring and firmware?[/QUOTE

for those who purchased the early ones with the short spring, we can send a new free spring with their next orders together.

as for the early firmware, we can replace them freely after they send them back. :)

I don't really mind the spring, I can deal with that but the firmware is definitely buggy, if you send it back to me will you use China Post? I don't really feel like waiting 40-60 days to send and get my APV back.

That's some great customer service!
There are vendors in the US and Europe that probably would offer returns so freely - fair play to you!

We pay up front for these items without knowing quality or how long and when we will get it. Thats pretty fair on our part for putting out in good faith to these companys. Then when there is a problem ( warranty) we still have to pay up front and return the items and then we get new ones sent to us in the slowest/cheapest way possible. If I ran my business this way there would be no business. Guess I`m just getting tired of this crap. Always in the best interest of the supplier and not the customer. Just Sayin.
