Now THAT would be handy lol I dont know why more mod makers don't have something as small and simple as a clock added to their mods... I usually have my mod in my hand/at arms reach more often than my phone now days... speaking of phones mine will be charged enough to take some pictures here shortly so it shouldnt be too long, I tried to take a pic with the camera on the laptop but it didnt turn out

Maybe it would be possible to add a clock with NFE (NFirmware Editor) for somebody that has enough programming know how... I saw on a thread about the program here that some function type features can be changed as well, but I personally wouldnt have a clue where to start on that front
Yeah, I would have NO clue about something that complex. I'd probably brick my mod, lol! :D

Hi I'm a new member. I found this site by searching for a fix for my TC100... the magnet fell out and I put it back the wrong way so the battery door doesn't close. Has anyone figured out a way to pry the little ....... out?
Negative Ghost Rider... But they do sell replacement doors for $5-$6, do a google search for TC100w replacement doors and youll have a few options on the first page. I have heard using a very sharp pointy something and moving it up on one side, rotate a bit, pry that side up a bit, rotate a bit more, pry a bit more, etc until youve gone around a few times and eventually you should have it out enough to grab it with something. If you happen to own any, I found Parallel pliers work best for grabing hold of barely grip-able surfaces, although they seem to be hard to find

You could try getting the door magnet out by using a bigger stronger magnet.

mine kept coming out. i would put it back in and it would come out even easier. then i put it in really hard the wrong way and couldnt get it back out. i torched something skinny(i dont remember what but was skinny like a paperclip) and dug it out. it melted the plastic a bit which was the intention to get the magnet pried out. then i just used super glue to secure it in the proper direction. never an issue since.

I would try this @Redding , it sounds like this would be your best bet! Just be careful when melting a channel to get your pokey in there... maybe mess around with melting something that feels like it could be the same sort of plastic... may not be neccesary but better safe than sorry!

I was in the exact same situation with the magnet on the mod side. I tried an extremely strong magnet from Harbor Freight but it wouldn't hold. I tried wedging a paper clip and a pick tool on one of the edges but I didn't get anywhere.

I was going to try and drill out one side to get some leverage to pop it out with a pick tool but never got a chance.

Good luck though. Let us know if you get it out.

Anyone having issues where the device won't stay in tc mode? After I lock the resistance and fire it defaults back to wattage mode.

ive been having this issue with my SS316L builds. some builds do fine in TC (IE the 26g build Ive got on my Igo W7 right now is functioning perfectly in TC w/ stock SS mode) and other times it would default back to wattage mode around 20w.. If you have resistance locked from another atty and forget to re-lock it, that will cause it to happen... I wonder if maybe a dirty 510 connection could cause the issue? makes sense, whatever gunk would throw off your resistance... just a thought. If I get this with my tugboat again im goin to try taking an IPA pad and cleaning it off. btw I highly recomend spending the couple bucks for those alch wipes, they can be lifesavers! I always keep a stack of those IPA pads along with some q-tips and paper-towel in my vape bag... I dont go anywhere without it now days! whether your tank leaked on your interior or someone (who's lips youd rather not follow) wants to try your setup, just wipe off the ol' herpily erpilies and vape away! lol

Hi, been using the TC100W for a week or so: it works, but its TC seems to be somehow off as to the built-in TCR values for the various wires..
Tried with SS316L and Ti1, if I use the embedded presets I seem to get a cooler vape than expected
When using the customizable M settings instead (88 for SS316L, 366 for Ti1) things get much better
Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

if Im not mistaken the TC120's SS mode is for SS316. a TCR of 92, maybe that could be it? Im going to throw my IGO w7 on today and dial in the TCR, to see if theres a noticable difference

A TCR of 92 wouldn't be too far off from my dialed in 88, still I could perceive a noticeable difference in temperature capping.. just curious [emoji4]
same here lol I used my 3 tcr settings for 92, 90, and 88. I havent gone through each side by side (so to speak) and compared them... but I figured for now all I use is SS316L anyway so now I can control temp with four different settings on the same build! it almost makes up for the slow azz mode switch on the TC120 haha
