Also I have to say the resistance readings are usually high, but this seems to be typical of cheaper mods. Inaccurate resistance will throw your temp accuracy off, so you may have to adjust accordingly. I don't expect dna-200 accuracy, but just putting that out there.

For $40 I have no complaints, really. If it were $100, yeah I might complain.

@jseah have you run yours all the way down? Do you get a low battery warning or does it just die when the batteries are depleted?
I actually hadn't been using mine much, so I'm still on the first set of batteries. I have a black Cubis on it now, so I am using it and will let you know as soon as I run down my first set of batteries.

It seems to be about on par with my old iStick 50. Whenever I used my Nautilus with a 1.8 ohm coil on it, it regularly read as 1.9 ohms. The 0.5 ohm coil on my Cubis is reading as 0.52 on the iStick 100 TC while it reads as 0.51 on my Cuboid.

I said this in the Cuboid thread and I will say it here. At first I didn't like the mod. I bought 5 of them and sold 2. I have a black, grey and white. Right now this is my favorite mod. I like as much or more then my SX Mini ML. The battery life has been amazing with my Kanger Toptank Mini. The only gripe beside how you adjust wattage in TC mode is the 75W cutoff doesn't work with one 18650. I am hoping a update will fix that.

Okay, I FINALLY got the batteries in the iStick depleted. I ran them all the way down and I did not have to double-press the fire button when the battery got low. I shot a little video of what happened when I got to extremely low power as well as what the batteries read when the mod finally stopped firing. @BigEgo what kind of low battery warning are you getting on yours? Is it the flashing empty battery like mine shows or something else? I am wondering if there might have been an update done at some point and mine isn't yet updated. I can't believe how well this mod works all they way through the battery cycle! I didn't notice much of any drop-off near the end, even though I was looking for it this time.
Mine is the same as yours.... finally ran mine down to nothing.... vaped 3.5 days at 25 watts:)

What does it do with one battery? Does it let you go higher than 75 watts? I haven't tried mine with one battery because I am fascinated by how long it runs with dual batteries, lol.

It's nuts! The whole last day before I ran mine down all the way I had just one bar on the battery indicator until the last couple of hours, when I had no bars and a flashing empty cell. I thought it would die hours before it actually did! Neither my mod nor my tank ever got hot. I really am very impressed with this mod. :)

I normally don't run it with one battery either because your right it does so well with 2. I put my Aromamizer on it with one battery and turned it up to 100 and it fired. That made me cringe just a bit because 100 watts on 1 18650 20A battery is way too much

@roxynoodle I didn't like it at first but the fire button has really grown on me and made it so easy to use. I am glad you are enjoying it. Do you like the istick or IPV5 better? Have you had any issues with the batteries tearing on the IPV taking them out? That was what scared me the most about the IPV

So I finally killed the first set of batteries. The battery gauge was blinking and I was able to still keep vaping. After about half an hour later, I noticed the vape started to feel a little weaker, so I took the batteries (Sony VTC5's) and put them on the charger. 3.22 volts. It took 3 days to go from about 3/4 full per the battery gauge to low battery. Been vaping a Cubis with a 0.5 ohm SS coil. Set at 30 watts and 500 degrees in SS TC mode. I had been using this about 1/4 of the time, splitting the time between my two Cuboids, the iStick 100 TC, and the Reuleaux RX200.

Thanks for posting, @jseah! It sounds like @BigEgo's mod is the one that performs differently. I am really curious to see what happens with a firmware update. I don't see any reason for a "low battery" warning when we are able to run the mod for so long for that last 1/4 of battery life.

Bought one of these online last night. I got it because my EVIC VTC mini isn't enough power or battery life, and my Reuleaux RX200 is too big and heavy for a quick outing lol.
I think you made a great choice! This mod definitely has great battery life and it's pretty danged portable, too! :)

I don't have mine yet. Are they the same size a the non- tc 100w version?
The TC version is smaller than the older iStick 100w. I don't have a picture of the 2 mods side by side but I got this information off of the Eleaf website.
This is the iStick 100w:

and this is for the iStick 100w TC:

I'm not sure about the difference in weight, but I know the TC version is not very heavy at all for a dual-battery device. It's a lot lighter (and smaller) than the X-Cube II.

Hmm I may have to look into picking one of these up. That's the one dual bat device I have and its way to big to take out anywhere.

The iStick is a lot more portable than the X-Cube II, and the fire button is tighter so even if I don't lock it I worry less about it firing while I am holding it in my hand along with my keys, etc, like I do with the X-Cube. I take my iStick with me everywhere. Well, except for the other day when I had to run to town for a quick errand and forgot to bring ANY vape with me! That was the longest 20 minutes of my life! :D

Here's a couple of pics of the iStick next to the X-Cube. You can see how much smaller it is but it is also lighter and just overall easier to carry.
