Has everyone heard about the istick pico??? Looks quite interesting to me! Right now, it's in the pre-order phase from China vendors. Waiting for it to land in the US.

Rocky Mountain Vapor has them for $25.50 shipped after coupon "president." Excellent service, nice people, US based. I emailed them last week about it, and he said it would be up by today, and he was correct.

$27.75 or $25.50? J/W. I dunno why I'm dawdling, I've been waiting to buy it for a week now. I'm debating on silver, grey, or black. Then I have to buy a battery. The site everyone buys them from is sold out of LG HG2 3000mah. I dunno if I want to settle for the Samsung 30q. I just want the best battery life possible, while being most reliable. I don't subohm.

Nah, I don't know much about batteries. This would be my first mod that didn't come with it built in. Been vaping for 1.5 years now. I've had ego, ego twist, MVP 2, istick 20w, istick 30w, and istick 40w.

Just did some googling and found those two. Apparently illumn.com is the best place to buy authentics, but they're sold out of LGs. They say not to buy them on ebay, but I see some reputable sellers. $8 for 1, or $14 for 2. Tempted to get 2, but I really only need one.

Is it dangerous to keep a lithium ion battery in a hot car or anything? I think I read a disclaimer to not keep them in your pocket.

Ouch, Gearbest wants $17.50 for a LG HG2. I can get two for the same price elsewhere....

Edit: Just ordered the Pico in black for $27.75. Coulda saved a couple of bucks, but I've spoken to the guy personally through e-mail and on the phone. Very nice, and they ship quickly. He told me they were getting them in stock by Monday, so I assume this isn't a preorder and I should get it pretty soon.

I personally wouldn't keep a battery in my car And you will want at least two so you can swap out instead of having to wait for the one to charge

I have some HG2s from Orbtronics. They are inexpensive and they come SUPER fast!

I have both and both are good, but I like the HG2s just a little bit better. I don't think there is much, if any, difference in battery life so I'm not sure what it is that makes them my favorites... I am getting ready to order more batteries, though, and the HG2s are what I am going with.

The new purple Sammy 30Q or the Tootsie Roll LG HG2 are the latest 3000mAh, high discharge batts. IRC, Mooch liked them equally. They're both good batts. I tell people to grab whichever is cheapest when they're buying.

I prefer the Tootsie Roll LG H2's. I think I have around 10 at last count. I got 8 of them from someone on EBay. Great price, free fast shipping..I couldn't beat that with a stick. I know lots of folks here that purchased these same batteries from him.

I love my LG HG2's. I got 2 on Amazon after I won the clouper mini, and I've got nothing but good things to say about them. Just ordered 2 more from a seller on ebay that was recommended in the pico thread. I also ordered a white pico from RMV to tide me over whilst I wait FOR-EVAH for the pink one from FT. Due to ship on 4/6; if it goes into "restocking" status, ima gonna cancel and scoop another from RMV.

Edited to add: Aaaaaaaaaaaannnd, I just got my shipping notice from RMV. All told, about 3 hours from order placement to ship. Can't beat that!!!!

My iStick got some new clothes and it's sharing with my other iStick! I am not super fond of the tiny window they left instead of just creating the wrap with the entire black part showing, but with the white doors on the wrapped gray mod there isn't much gray left showing. Now I just need a set of black doors for even more creative freedom, lol.

That's amazing! I did get to cancel my order from the other vendor (they said they actually don't even have just the mod in stock-full kits only, lol) so I just placed my order, too!

Thanks, but I already ordered a couple from ebay. I ordered enough stuff last quarter to actually get one of those $5 ebay bucks certificates.
