Has the 60w TC been put through the paces yet to see if any kinks need to be worked out? It's hard to find reviews on YouTube for it, thus far. I saw a few, but they were posted within the past week. I really like the common set-up with that Melo 2 tank.
I'm not too familiar with the 60 as it just came out very recently. I've heard no complaints so far, about the 40. Eventually, I would like to get a 40 and run my GS Air M's with rebuilt original coils on it. No TC for me, yet. :)

Yep, the 40 & the 60 are Temp control. :)

The TC40W and and 60WTC both have TC.

The TC40W is slightly smaller than the 60WTC and has a built-in 2600mAh battery.

TC40W

The 60WTC has 20 more Watts and a replaceable 18650.

I have several Aspire Nautul Mini's, I have a 20w/30w/40W with TC iSticks and have been getting good use with them all for sometime, I like my 40 W with TC the best

Tooooo many people have had problems with the 50 W, dont take a chance on one!

The 60 TC watt just came out, I think you should wait until several people have had them for a while !!!! To make sure the 60w doesn't have problems like the 50W HAD.

I would recommend the 40W TC used with TC atomizers mine has been working good without any problems; my 20/30Ws still work good and I still use them, but they do not have the much better control that the 40 W TC has, from my experience

I have a GS Air and have TC atomizers for it I have used with my iStick 40W TC
It works just fine with TC and iStick 40W TC for what it is! I don't use it much

Personally I like my Nautilus Mini's much better than the GS Air for several reasons, However you probably will like GS Air with a 40W TC if you get some TC atomizers and a 40W TC

So, I got the 20w back when they were new and hard to find. I've loved rocking that thing with the Nautilus Mini tank; however, my sister and BIL just got the iJust2 kit with the sub ohm tank and they let me try it out. OMG, the vapor! Also, I tend to vape a lot more in the Fall and Winter than in the Summer, so the smaller tank just isn't cutting the mustard. A 5ml tank looks pretty silly on my tiny iStick. So, for all of those reasons I'm looking into two of the latest additions to the eLeaf family - the 50w and the 40w TC. I'm having trouble deciding between the two. I know it probably just comes down to a matter of preference. I really like the style of the 50w device. I like the curvature of it and the button shape. I also like that I could rock a sub ohm 5ml tank on it. But I must say, I'm intrigued by the option of regulating the temp as opposed to the device simply being variable wattage/voltage.

Also, can you use an RDA on either one of those devices?
I've had 20s, 30s and now a 40TC and to me so far the 40TC feels the nicest. Only had it for a week or so, though. Thing is, it's not much bigger than the 20, so if you think a "5ml tank looks pretty silly" on the 20, it might only look a little less silly on the 40TC. The 40TC will fit a 22mm tank with no overhang, though. Personally, I like the size and heft of the 40TC.

Yes, you can use an RDA with either of the devices (40TC or 60), within their respective limits. For that matter you can use an RDA with the 20 or 30 - again, within respective limits.

Are you using higher VG liquids in TC mode? I only use 50/50 PG/VG and after the first tankful my GS-Tank with TC coil gurgles like crazy . Only tried one coil so far though.

I also use 50/50 PG/VG, I make my own juice

I have a GS Air and TC COILS for it and don't use it much if at all, one because its noisy, 2 because it gurgles and also does not like being laid on it side, 3 because I don't like how it fills, and last because the taste of on my aspire minis when taking hits is much netter

That said gs air are much cheaper than nauti's, they hit pretty good and they sell TC coils for them and I think you can build your own coils fairly easy; they work pretty good on a 40WTC

last but not least, all my mini's I have replaced the solid glass tops and bought/use hollowed out stainless & glass tops on them that don't break if you drop them, gs air I don't think has these so gs are much easier to break, especially when I am working on yachts would be a big problem

I am still waiting for someone to come back and give me/us info report on their experience using an ultra-Sonic cleaner on their atomizer/coils and fully clean them or naught ???
It does an outstanding job on them, but as far as the coil itself, it depends on how much crud you have on them. I find it's just easier to recoil rather than try and clean the wire with the UC. You can dry burn and UC, but it just isn't the same as a fresh one. Hope this a helps a little. I don't have a lot of experience with it. I just bought it a short time ago. :)

Kelog...found your comments interesting as I'm currently replacing my Nauty's with GS Tanks. (I find the GS Tanks to give better flavor and vapor than the Nauty's.)

Your GS Airs are Eleaf's first "GS clearomizer" while the GS Tank is their 4th model. (They both use the same 1.5Ω, 1.2Ω and 0.15ΩTC coils.)

The GS Tank is much quieter (different AFC) and, with bigger fill holes, easier to fill than the GS Air. (And I've yet to experience gurgles or laying-on-side-leaking.)

You can try one for $9.38...with code summer15...(and FREE shipping if you pad your cart to $14)...

[OOPS...I see they're currently OOS at RMV. They are in stock...for $11.90...at Efun...]

After trying a GS-M tank with a nickel coil on my 40W TC istick, I'll never use another tank on it. With the new GS tank, I had to vape at 540 degrees to get the vape I wanted. With the M tank, 275 degrees is perfect! And it doesn't matter where you have the air flow set either.

It has been 4 months now since we have seen mudram99...
Has anyone talked to him or heard from him at all? :(

troll, that's one of the shortcomings of a forum - people drop out and you have no idea why :(. all you can do is hope they are well.
still, in @ mudram99 case some should have mud's address and possibly email? right, lynn? ;)

Most of the time, but not always. The problem was discussed on Site help some time ago--apparently the feature is spotty... :)
