Edited to add: How do you embed a video in a message?????

How do you not?!?! Every time I've attempted to post just the link to a youtube video - using 'unlink', just posting the url - it always ends up embedding the video????

I use [ plain ] [/ plain ] without the spaces but of course it isn't clickable.

Hey all, I've been absent from this thread since the site change, and I've been pretty content with my 30W so haven't needed to keep up. But lately both of mine seem to be requiring higher wattage to get the same performance; I'm thinking they are on their way out. I've definitely gotten my money's worth.

I saw the info on the 40W and I'm tempted. I don't really have a use for the extra watts, since I'm a toodler...but that button looks mighty nice.

Do we know a release date for the 40W yet?

well, as far as eleaf is concerned it would be the first official gs m ;) don't forget, up till now the gs m and ms were produced only as a special order from certain distributors
eleaf might have seen the light as to the m's popularity and it makes sense to me that for their official edition they would incorporate some minor changes :D

I use the media icon to embed video (two to the right of the smiley face). Just paste the link from YouTube into the field.

Recently, my iStick 50W went into cutoff mode where it would continue firing until it hit the 10 second limit. Then, it would lock until I plugged it into the USB charger to reset. After the second time it did that it never recovered. I took it in to the Vape Shop I bought it from and after fiddling with the buttons for a while the guy at the counter got it to work again. He replaced it for me, though. It was two weeks from the 90 day warranty limit.

The new one is working fine, but it tends to arbitrarily reset itself to 5W on its own. The old one sometimes did that, too, but the new one does it once or twice a day. I first thought it happened only when it was in my pants pocket, but it started doing that while sitting on the table.

As good as the iStick 50W is, I'd like to see some design improvements. There's definitely quirks in the hardware and the firmware.

The changes look good to me. Possibly stainless material this time instead of chrome. (Better material and the threads on the tank won't strip as easily). The air flow control ring looks tighter and holes instead of a full slot. (Hopefully that tightens up the loose ring some people were having and maybe makes the tank a bit more quiet). I liked the chamfer look on the top cap on the old style better, but this one is more minimalistic looking.

And who knows maybe Eleaf won't officially release this tank either. ;)
Cheers

It would be even nicer if there were removable parts, but overall, I really like the look of this and yes, it really looks heavy duty and might very well be stainless. I'm sure the price will be higher because of that but, who knows. We'll soon find out. :)
