Are there any sites that offer free shipping that I don't have to pay like $75 to get that offer legit batteries for cheap? I will probably buy from Amazon if I can't find a better site, but Amazon is still rather risky with fakes.

For free shipping and great prices there are several trusted eBay stores for authentic batteries. These are the two I use the most. There are others based in CA that I don't use only because of sales tax.

Items in RL-batterydepot store on eBay!
Items in GenuineCells store on eBay!

Amazon is a good place because if you even think they're fake, Amazon's return process is one of the best. That's where I buy my batteries and have never had any issues with them.

Yea, that's also why I will probably buy from them. Plus as a prime member free 2 day shipping and I can also check reviews really well. Do you have a link to the specific batteries you bought from them?

Last thing I want is a battery explosion/leak because of bad quality knockoffs.

Free shipping for legit/authentic batteries on less than a minimum order?, none that I know of.
Shipping options for small orders start around $3 & go up.

Just me, I wouldn't buy batteries from amazon or ebay, both filled with fake/counterfeit batteries.
Why risk getting counterfeit cells to save $3 - $5 shipping.

I would buy from DFW vapor too, when I buy my next supply of juice. Someone said that Efest batteries are not that great??

Got these bookmarked

Panasonic NCR18650PF High Drain Rechargeable Li-Ion Battery - 2900mAh

Sony VTC4 30 Amp, 18650, 2100mAh

LG HE4 18650 2500mah

The Panasonic ncr18650pf is not a suitable battery for a pico.
The VTC4 & LGhe4 are horrendously over priced from dfw.
Efest & many other brands are notorious for overstating specs of their batteries, sometimes dangerously overstating.

Batteries are the very last place to try to save money in vaping.

As far as dfw goes, my house in town is 5 miles from one of their locations 9mi from the other.
I wouldn't buy anything from dfw, nothing.

I bought these last year and they were light blue. The new versions is green. Only went up $.08 (paid $21.80)

Amazon.com: 4 Samsung INR18650-25R 18650 2500mAh 3.7v Rechargeable Flat Top Batteries: Home Audio & Theater

I also have a bunch of LG HE2s that are about 1.5 yrs old and still work great but they're not heavily used as I have many mods and even more batteries.

Those Panasonics are 6a batteries.

VTC4's aren't all that great unless you're using a mech. Even then, the capacity isn't great.

HE4's are similar to 25r's.

In a regulated mod, The LG HE2/HE4/HG2 or Samsung 25r/30q(?) are just fine.

Well, at least I saved a few bucks on Amazon/eBay even if my counterfeit batteries aren't safe for vaping.

I'll find some place to buy them. If the He4 will work (Only vape normally under 20-30w) I can just pick that up on my next order. All the ones i've seen on Amazon have bad reviews. So that would be a last resort. I am noticing the Pico is eating my batteries rather fast since I have started sub ohming. Going through 2 a day.

That's why I recommended 3 different high quality 3000mah 20a CDR cells and a highly reputable vendor/dealer earlier in the thread.
The 3 best batteries available for a combination of run time and independently tested & verified accurate CDR amp rating.

The LGhe4 is a good safe 2500mah 20a cdr battery, but why not increase your between recharge cycle run time by using a 3000mah 20a cdr cell.

You can buy 2 high quality batteries and pay shipping from a reputable source and be assured you receive authentic cells for a few dollars more than one VTC4 from DFW.

Popular myth / misconception is with a regulated power device battery selection isn't as important.
None offer any protection from the user installing an insufficient CDR, low quality, wrong chemistry or counterfeit battery.

Having an issue with my Pico. It started this morning and a little last night, but it seems like if I let it sit for more than a few minutes and go to take a hit on it, it keeps asking me if it is a new coil or the same one. Down for same, Up for new. I keep hitting down for same, but it ask me the same thing again 5 minutes later. I have tried shutting it off and that didn't help any.

Does it happen with other atomizers? Does your atomizer have an adjustable 510 pin? I have never had anything like that happen with the tanks I have used on it so far.
It's the same coil I have had in for almost a week now. It's the second coil I have made in it (notch coil.) It literally just asked me again the same question. The Pin hasn't been adjusted. It's the Merlin tank.

I had an issue with my wife's VTC Mini (same board I believe) where it just kept going to temperature protection in a second or less. I reset the room temperature resistance, but that didn't do anything. I finally did the new coil thing and it seems to have fixed it. Must do some sort of firmware reset, I'm guessing.

Not sure why it even ask if it's a new coil. Normally it can just read ohm and know. If I have it set in temp mode for ss at 20w and 400 degrees f, then thats what I want it at.

Yeah, not sure. I thought it just did a reset of the room temp resistance, which I thought you could do by unlocking the resistance and hitting fire and then locking it. But maybe it doesn't work that way. It read, close to the same resistance before and after I did the new coil thing, but it didn't work correctly before I did it. -shrugs-

Do you ever notice yourself changing the temp a lot. Last night I had it set to like 420 (no pun intended) and it was working good, a nice warm vape. Then it got to hot so I set it down to like 380. Then that isn't enough so I adjust it back up.
