I don't turn mine off at night and haven't noticed a voltage drop. Guess I should check that out.Do you guys leave your mods on overnight? I did that last night with a relatively fresh battery in and by morning it was just under half capacity. Does it draw much power in standby mode? I am using IMR 18650 2000mAh batteries and I have one IMR 1600mAh.
Yea, I might do some sorta test sometime this week. Maybe test battery voltage with multimeter then put it in the mod and turn it on and test it again in the morning.I don't turn mine off at night and haven't noticed a voltage drop. Guess I should check that out.
I have 8 mods (1 pico) in rotation and my brother's girlfriend has 2 picos she uses. I never turn any of them off and never notice a battery drain. I figure a little battery drain is better than an extra 5 clicks per day on the button.Do you guys leave your mods on overnight? Yea, I am almost certain you are right on the last part. I bought these batteries like over 2 years ago when I bought my first mod (Lavatube). These things were expensive back then.I have 8 mods (1 pico) in rotation and my brother's girlfriend has 2 picos she uses. I never turn any of them off and never notice a battery drain. Your battery is just likely old/weak.
I leave my batteries in over night every night,, I don't see any drop in power. I don't 'lock it' or play with the settings except wattage.Do you guys leave your mods on overnight? Who knows I could have been sleep vaping it or something too lol.I leave my batteries in over night every night,, I don't see any drop in power. I don't 'lock it' or play with the settings except wattage.
Yea, Batteries are on my to buy list. While we are on this issue. Can anyone recommend A link to a good 18650 battery from either DFW Vapor or Amazon as a prime item. I buy from DFW all the time on liquid, and I am a Prime member on Amazon so free 2 day shipping and easy returns. I will try to buy a good brand like Sony, Lg, or Samsung. But as for the wattage, I normally don't vape anything over like 25W. Right now I have a notch coil in there and I am in Temp mode and have the wattage set to 15.5.Your problem is using the wrong batteries for your Pico.
The AW 2000mah is a 10a CDR cell.
The AW 1600 mah was a 24a CDR when new, as batteries are used and age they lose capacity.
The Pico requires a 20a CDR battery.
Thanks it helps a lot knowing that someone here recommended those.I bought these last year and they were light blue. The new versions is green. Only went up $.08 (paid $21.80)

I also have a bunch of LG HE2s that are about 1.5 yrs old and still work great but they're not heavily used as I have many mods and even more batteries.
It's called refresh rate and not a flashing OLED.I noticed that the screen uses the rapid flashing oled for the screen so that also helps to save the battery life. Rather than power the led constantly, they just rapidly flash.
Lol I call it rapid flashing. Lol I used to have a thing called Astrojax when I was like 8. They had the different Led modes where they would flash or stay constant. So I got my terminology from them. lol. It's called refresh rate and not a flashing OLED.
Constant update of the screen requires cpu cycles, you can save on cpu time and power with a refresh rate that is just fast enough our eyes don't notice it. (Persistance)
The Astrojax look cool!Lol I call it rapid flashing. Lol I used to have a thing called Astrojax when I was like 8. They had the different Led modes where they would flash or stay constant. So I got my terminology from them. lol.
