The Astrojax look cool!
Lol they were pretty fun to play with. Like a very advance yoyo. You could turn the led in different modes and swing them around. They were a blast to play with.........Until it flew out of your hand and hit the tv, window etc. :)

Yea, batteries are on my to buy list. While we are on this issue. Can anyone recommend A link to a good 18650 battery from either DFW Vapor or Amazon as a prime item. I buy from DFW all the time on liquid, and I am a Prime member on Amazon so free 2 day shipping and easy returns. I will try to buy a good brand like Sony, Lg, or Samsung. But as for the wattage, I normally don't vape anything over like 25W. Right now I have a notch coil in there and I am in Temp mode and have the wattage set to 15.5.

I wouldn't recommend buying batteries from either place.

These will work well in your Pico;
LG HG2 3000mah 20a
Samsung 30Q 3000mah 20a
AW 3000mah 20a
Only buy batteries from reputable vendors / dealers to avoid receiving lesser quality, rewrap erroneously labeled or counterfeit cells.

This is where I buy batteries ---> Batteries and Chargers

Anyone know what the specs are in terms of threads and head on the 2 screws that hold the base plate on? I have one that has been dropped a few times and the threads the screws go in to seem to be stripped (screws look okish). I have used a hi grade epoxy to get the base back on but want to try and find some slightly larger or more coarse threaded screws, with the same head size, that I might be able to use to re-attach the base plate more securely than just using epoxy. I sent eleaf an email asking but figured I would ask here as well.

I think I have a Thread gauge in my toolbox. If not then it's in the truck and it would take longer for me to get those to you.

Thanks if you can, no rush. I have plenty of other picos to use. I am just hoping to get some more life out of this as an around the house/desk mod where it is least likely to get beat up further since it still functions.

Okay I just had the thread gauge and Measured and for the Head I just used a T5 torx it fit but wasn't perfect. For the thread size, I got 32 TPI (Threads per inch) which fit like a glove. I am assuming then that the base plate screws might actually be standard and not metric. Can't say for sure because I don't have a metric thread gauge to compare, but I am pretty sure its standard. You will still have to find the screw diameter and length. When I have situations like this If I find a screw the same size but just a little too long. You can put a nut on and thread it all the way down. Get a grinder and cut the screw to the length you need and then unscrew the nut. If needed you can file any burrs off.

Even got a good picture.

You might look into a cheap Tap and die set. Then if you have some extra screws you could just drill it out to the diameter of the threads and just tap it out with new threads.

Thanks. My bro prolly has a tap/die set but not sure if he deals with anything this small on a regular basis. If I got enough of his epoxy on there it is probably sufficient without putting screws back in as it is industrial grade epoxy he uses for motorcycles.
I was just going to recommend some epoxy. Either some regular epoxy or some jb weld. But I would fill the screw holes about half way with a syringe and taper tip. Then screw the screws in. If you are lucky later down the road when it dries the epoxy might fix the stripped threads and then you would be able to remove the screw like normal operation.

Ahh great idea. I already sent the stuff he had back to work with him but might just pick up a small jb weld set when I go to the hardware store next.
Yea, with the jb weld depending on the type you get, its more of a putty consistency, I would mix a little and then roll it out on a clean flat table like play-dough and use your fingers to roll it into a thin strand and then work that into the screw holes and then put screws in. Same as above with the epoxy just a different method for the substance.

Has anyone been able to use these types of batteries in the Pico?

Sony VTC4 30A 2100mAh.

LG HE4 2500 mAh. This one has a Flat positive end.

All the 18650 batteries I have are the regular button top on the positive post. Will the flat top ones work just the same?
I used LG HE2's and Samsung 25r's with no problems. Both are flat top batteries.

It is designed to use flat top cells.
The 3000mah batteries I recommended earlier will give better between recharge cycles run time than either of those & all are 20a CDR.
Those prices are high, the vtc4 is more than double the price.
VTC4 should be $7 or less, lghe4 about $5.

The VTC4 is actually a 23a CDR cell, the Lghe4 is a 20aCDR cell.

Are there any sites that offer free shipping that I don't have to pay like $75 to get that offer legit batteries for cheap? I will probably buy from Amazon if I can't find a better site, but Amazon is still rather risky with fakes.
