I'm using an Aromamizer v1 on one of my picos, and an Aromamizer v2 on the other. They both fit.

Not sure if anyone posted this yet, but if you hold the fire button and the '-' button down together while the pico is off, the display will show the battery voltage. Looks like the internal charger will charge batteries to 4.18v.

Charging 18650's above 1 amp kills battery life. It'll take the charge just fine, but the overall life of the battery is depleted every time you do it. Every battery has a spec sheet that tells you the optimum charge rate. Typically the slower the better, but no one wants to wait 6 hours for a battery to charge in a mod.
The vaporshark with it's 2 amp charging on it's 18650 mods...better order up some spares cause they ain't gonna last too terribly long.
Modern 18650s can handle more than 1 amp without too much problem. 1c is a common number you'll see, which is 3 amps for the LG hg2.

I received my Pico a little while ago, and must say, it is one of my favourite devices in the collection now.

It is so small and stealthy, and paired with a Goblin Mini V2, with a single 2MM 26G 0.93 coil, it is a great, tiny mod, that best of all takes a standard 18650, so I can just swap the battery straight out for a fresh one (I prefer mods that do not have inbuilt batteries, although do own a few).

I have small hands, and you can't even SEE the mod in my hand. I quite like this, as I have had comments when using larger devices before.

I think it really is fantastic, and if you don't own one, it is a worthy addition to anyones collection :).

Just out of curiosity what color did you get?

I went for one in white myself, it is my first white mod, I am also awaiting a bright pink one for my Fiancee as she wanted one too-hers has not yet arrived though, I ordered them both from overseas.

I was getting used to big, cumbersome mods, but since the Tesla nano, I have started to use my single 18650 devices again-small devices are appealing to me, much easier to carry, and at a reasonable wattage they last pretty well too :).

EDIT: By the way, is that your Bichon in your avatar? I had two Bichon Frises, and a Shih-Tzu growing up, I miss them lots.

Thanks! Yes, that's my girl Bebe the Bichon, she just went to heaven the day after Christmas 12/26/15. She was 19 years young. I miss her so much it hurts. I empathize with your missing them!

That's the "standard charge rate", about as useful information as "standard discharge rate" (which is also 0.2c). I didn't feel like seeking out the full data sheet for the hg2 as this isn't about that battery specifically, so here's the sheet for the Samsung 25r:
Samsung_INR18650-25R_Datenblatt.pdf

"Standard charge" 1.25 A, "rapid charge" 4 A...

And if you take a look at Akkuteile's technical details for the LG hg2 you'll find the same information: standard charge rate 1500 mA, maximum charge rate 4000 mA.

They are listed differently everywhere you look to tell the truth. But the nature of lithium ion cells limits their charge rates without damage to longevity. Going above 1A charge without damage to longevity will require 5000mah cells. Lithium Ion chemistry is what limits the charge rate, not the technology used in a specific manufacturers cell.

Indeed. Can I ask you is the Yihi worth the money here in Germany it costs 170€. I like quality build and if it's a sturdy and quality mod I'll invest in it. Imagine when big electronic producers would toss some box mods like samsung, sony, philips... I'm off topic but think about it...quality product tested simplified made by eu usa not chinese backyard firmas sry China it's a fact...
I own an equal number of YiHi and Joytech powered devices.

The boxer 26650 is my #1 device (SX350Jv2), SXminiM is almost always #2 or #3 and my Cuboid, Pico and VTC-Mini's are sometimes tossed into the mix but often times play more of a 'backup' role to one of the YiHi powered devices. (my Boxer dual 18650 and IPV4S gets rarely used because of lack of USB charging)

The 'set and forget' coil resistance and numerous preheat settings on the high end YiHi SX350J chips are attractive features. Are they worth $150? I don't know but I'm not a "budget vapor" ether. I did not purchase a Dani #6 because my other devices were not working, I just liked the form factor and the 26650 battery. Having a unique chipset powering the thing was just an added bonus.

    The 'Burgh, PA.
It will only pull what it's designed for... or up to the charger's max output.
That goes for all proper consumer charging equipment.

For our iSticks, that's gonna be 1A (0.9A real world).

It took me awhile to understand the concept that the charger does not PUSH the current...the Mod PULLS the current it needs to charge.

Does the USB cable being used have any role in this???

My VV V3's (which charge at 500mAh) came with a handy USB cable that has a retractor thingie on it.

If I use this "500mAh USB cable" to connect my 1A iStick-TC40W and 1A charger...could it overheat...or just slow down my charging rate...(or both)...(or neither)???

    ..

The cable used has everything to do with what charge rate you will end up getting. For example, I needed another USB cable for my Vaporshark DNA200, which can charge at 2 amps, most USB cables can deliver 1 amp and .5 amps. One of the more expensive cables advertised as a 2amp cable I had to return as it did NOT deliver more then 1 amp. This cheaper 5 pack of cables did:

Amazon.com: Micro USB Cable, Tronsmart [6 Pack] Durable 20AWG Charge Micro USB Cable for Galaxy S7, S7 Edge, Nexus, LG, Motorola and More (Black, 1ft x 1,3.3ft x 2,6ft x 3): Computers & Accessories

I suggest buying an inexpensive USB meter that can tell you exactly what amp rates your device pulls.

What's your source for that. I've heard the magical 1 amp limit mentioned often but I've never seen any actual data on why and how this would be limit, not by an expert at least. @Mooch, do you have anything to say on the matter of amp limits for charging. My take, based on spec sheets I've seen, is that current 18650s can take more than a 1 amp charge current without significant damage. Am I wrong?

What if I wasn't into sub-ohm vaping or temp control….could I use an Aspire Nautilus 5 ml tank on the Pico….the diameter of the latter is stated as 22mm….has anyone fitted a regular tank that doesn't use sub ohm, TC,RBA or SS/Ti/Ni coils …I am looking for suggestions for something that is at least 3 ml…the nautilus mini is 2 ml…that's why i thought of the standard nautilus…has anyone tried this on the Pico?

I haven't tried it. I gave my nautilus away, but from memory & tank width it should definitely fit.
